These devs are four people as far as I'm aware yet they consistently push out games that are far superior to anything a large team with unlimited resources can produce. It's witchcraft I say !
The difference maybe is that these guys might be making games they want to play instead of designing a game around what the market says will sell. I just hope some publisher doesn't come along promising them the moon and then restrict their freedom to make the games dedicated gamers want to play. If they keep coming out with great games like this I know I will be buying every one of them.
I would say these games ARE great! Heroes and castles is one of my favorite games EVER!!!! And this looks beast....
? I am surprised anyone would think this new new game and the older Heroes and Castles would be mediocre. They are easily one of the top games on the app store IMHO.
We made a decision early on that we would (basically) never sign on with a publisher, because we want to create our own brand. We've turned down multiple offers throughout our existence already, and things probably aren't going to change anytime in the near future. Meh, we'd rather put all our efforts into making a handful of great games, which is what we're doing Obviously everyone is entitled to their opinions, but we are - and will keep - making games that we think are awesome... if you think they're mediocre, then you probably would think that whether we spent months or years making a game
Um, what? You're entitled to your own opinion and everything, but in my opinion, every single game FM has made has been great...
Well there was 2 that were just decent but yea they are never bad. H&C is one of the best plus bug heros series.
I suppose saying mediocre was a bit harsh, I do enjoy their games and will get this one when it comes out. I was just thinking that with the release of N.Y. Zombies 2, heroes and castles and now this within a few months of each other that if they might have focused all their efforts into one game it would have turned out amazing.
Would be really awesome if you guys would give us a little gameplay teaser. Also, I pm'd you asking about 'mad chef'. I have bought every game you have on iOS platform. Can not wait to tackle this one.
