Hmm... I noticed you can gain MASSIVE amounts of speed with the Jump Pack. All you gotta do is just tap its respective hotbar location, and within about three taps you can literally zip right through the map in a second. It's pretty fun. In fact, if there was air control with the jump pack, there could be a system for Parkour Maps.
I figured I might contribute something if I'm learning off this page. I would first like to point out that I'm not an expert only level 63 and have no idea if this works on higher levels. Also, I don't know if this is common knowledge so if it is ignore it. (Hope these photos go through). The first photo shows the optimal setup for turret coverage I'm not taking into account anything other than that. The setup can easily be expanded (to a point eventually you just hit the ground) to allow more turrets. The second and third phot shows a way to selectively choose areas to crush around you're base. Green being the sever point blue being the crusher. The last photo shows a way to make it so when an enemy destroys one another takes its place. These are the most useful tips I can come up with for people around my level and wave and maybe for some who are much higher Problem with photos see next page
Here's an example of my future bot just sitting there when there are obviously coins to collect. (Yes, I have it set to "collect")
Max round I want to know the definition of what your max round is. Is it the point where you can not go any further even if you reload or when you first die or your base is destroyed the first time
Any suggestion for me if I only want to purchase one IAP bot? At least a good one just to start with. I was thinking about the repair bot, or the assault bot.....or the mining bot -.- All suggestions appreciated!
I'd say either the Attack Bot or the Future Bot. Future Bot comes in handy for collecting all those coins, since it moves so fast, but Attack Bot can deal a lot of damage with a couple damage mods.
Thanks for the suggestion, ninjakid! I ended up just getting the exp doubler instead. I can work with the free bot for now. Only just started playing last night and just lv4.
Alright. If you enjoy the game a lot, I recommend just buying the All Bots pack. Even just to support these awesome devs.
Hello everyone (if anyone is still here)! The next update is getting really close... It's taken a lot longer than expected to finish it (as we've totally reworked our engine's multiplayer code - which should allow us to integrate multiplayer modes very easily into our other games down the line). We hope to submit it for review early next week, though... Sorry for the delay!
It's fine by me since I haven't went through the full experience of the game yet still level 18 and trying to get past wave 15
My biggest suggestion: disable the screen flash for the heavy plasma rifle. It can really interfere in combat when you're being swarmed. (Also its my main weapon after adding tons of reload mods). Great game guys!
Co-op has finally been submitted! It will support up to 4 players, and I must say... this mode is going to blow you away - it is so fun! The cool part is that only the teams that exhibit the best team work will survive the longest... and that means teams that can build and manage the best base, along with being able to balance future building, repairing the base, and going on the offensive. We don't have voice chat, but we have a pretty extensive communication system, with pre-canned comments, pings, and other things like that. Really can't wait for this baby to hit the App Store... I know its been a few weeks longer than we hoped, but it is definitely for the better. Thanks for being patient!
