I'm not sure what the specific number is, but I got it when I built a star destroyer that almost went from one end of the map to the other in casual mode.
Well I got it now too but I wasn't even close to done building my epic fortress. I was in the middle of building the base and bam I got it.

You go advanced and click 'manage attachments'. There you will see a 'choose file' option. Click that and find your pics.
At round 51, trying some new stuff out, by taking the self-power mods off my 10 orbital lasers and 48 howitzers, and just putting more damage mods on.
if you use TouchArcade app, there's [Add an attachment] im grey below the message text. Click on it to upload a pic from your photos. If it doesn't work, this has been answered numerous times on TA forum, try searching for "upload a screenshot" or "add a picture".
I just noticed something, when I was on wave 37, my PR sounds got really screwed up and whenever I shot the Heavy Plasma, it wouldn't make the sound, sometimes collecting coins wouldn't make that sound. Later levels do end up being a little laggy at times, sometimes having massive spikes in the framerate. Oh well, it won't stop me from playing most of the time now the game crashes right after I save and exit to the menu.
SnowHills lvl 49. 2 huge platforms with lasers, vortex, heavy plasmas, howitzers. Mirv and orbitals on top with lot of room to manoeuver. Double mesh on the barracks+block armor. covered by lights. Mines and drills also in a mesh coffin next to the barracks. And a lot of light decoys fully upgraded and block armor protected for the shadows. Works well, even too easy with all the upgrades I made.
I envy you I've destroyed ALL my land through the waves. Frankly, I'll die before ANYTHING reaches my base. All I have are 6 mining drills :|
Found a big bug in Survival mode. I built walls only (no defensive weapons) at about level 3 or 4. I was just using a plasma rifle to take them out. I am running the latest version. Just updated it this morning. When I finished a level there was still one enemy left attacking my castle. I was in the build stage and couldn't kill the dude because there is no weapon in build mode between levels. He just kept on attacking the blocks.
Thanks for all the help Sambobsung and vicsark, but when I get to the upload file screen( on safari) no files show up and there's no " add an attachment" on my reply screen( on the app) I did a quick search and nothing came up, but if you say it's in there I guess I have some more in-depth searching to do. Sorry for clogging up this thread guys.
No problem. I remember I always kept on wondering on how to post pics from my iDevice until a little curiousity allowed me to find out how to do it :3
It seems like most of the high level bases I've seen here are tower-based with the main weaponry located on top of the barracks. Are there other strategies that are eqyally successful? What about building multiple smaller towers away from your base, maybe together with concentric rings of walls?
