Yep, that is how it functions. I believe there are 6 environments that you choose from - islands, forest, jungle, tidal cliffs, rocky mountains, and snowy hills. Rocky mountains do have large, sheer cliff faces One of the fun parts is figuring out how to use the terrain to your advantage As for building a big fat block around your barracks... be my guest (note that you'll be blocking your barracks turret fire though, which can be useful early game) The great part about this game is you can try ANYTHING you want... just keep in mind, resources spent on blocking in your barracks with a 3x thick wall are resources NOT spent elsewhere
Wow forsaken, Those were perfect answers. Now the purchase is guaranteed. Just need a doctor with a police box to skip ahead a bit. Thinking about that... I might build a tradis around the barracks too (any one remember the episodes where it changed shape, lol. Any way that's going off topic) If your willingness to look at abuse mechanics in heroes and castles seriously, raised on my main account and other people here is anything to go by, then I would be incredibly surprised if this game wasn't good or not supported well. It's going to be hard playing between those two games though I wonder how long it will take to get to the top level on this one! Or maybe, play both at once and make the heroes and castles, castle in here Hey maybe the king managed to survive for a long... Long time.
Only 90 minutes to go for me. I'm kinda nervous because I have an idea of how fantastic this could be in my mind and I'm hoping it'll live up to the hype. I wasn't a fan of Bug Heroes, but not for any particular reason. I could see all of the things it did right, it just never clicked. So fingers crossed, this one will hit the right buttons.
Damn. Mess up with your minerals and you're gonna struggle. You need minerals to power mines further from your base, otherwise you're gonna have to stick the mines near existing power blocks and attempt to scavenge something from the barren ground. This is not a good situation I'm in.
Was this the game they originally said would be free to play? If that's the case, I congratulate the makers of this for staying away from free to play(still even if that's not the case) and I will buy this game to support you guys.
It's a good thing the saving is so liberal, 'cause I'm stuck in a battle with "one enemy remaining" and he is nowhere to be seen. Gonna have to load a previous save I guess. Edit: Just loaded an old save (before starting the wave) and exactly the same thing happened again... I'll try once again and if it happens a third time I fear we may have a game-breaker.
