Agreed. You posted something in the H&C thread regarding the art of balance that could have been read wrong if you weren't closely following the ebb and flow of that particular conversation and able to realize it was a little tongue in cheek. But that was a back and fourth that spanned quite some time and came off very conversational. If people are getting upset by the way you conduct yourself in these threads, that's on them. You're present, helpful and seemingly excited to be here, which is more than can be said for most. I can appreciate you not wanting to rub anyone the wrong way, but sometimes thin skin is just thin skin. I wouldn't sweat it.
If I'm not mistaken you can't upgrade anything in the middle of a wave ? I finally made it to wave 2 but I want to savor it for a while. Ill pick it up again tomorrow and probably get my ass handed to me in wave 2. I'm sure the more I play the better ill get, this seems to be a very complicated game but I do love it no matter how bad I suck
Holy crap. Just played like 20 minutes of this and first of all, it's a lot more complex than I expected, and second of all, I suck. I really suck. But I'm really digging this, so I'm gonna keep playing to level up my dude and get better weapons. But I'm still confused as to how some things work, like the Craft section. The mod block things? Yeah, pretty complex. But, I can't wait to delve deeper into this, I'm sure I'll get better the more I play.
If your genuine and I think you are, your written tone IMO could be read as a little condescending but I think it's more a style thing. To give you an example in the reply you just have there was no. 'Im sorry if our tone has had that impact it certainly wasn't our intention'. Instead you said 'I suppose we could just ignore People.... ' it's rather passive aggressive and twists what they said. None of the commenters said you should ignore people they commented on the tone of your responses. The content of your message(after the passive aggressive start) is actually very fair, however the tone is coloured by your start. What I believe is missing is from the reader an understanding of how some people react to perceived criticism and I think it stems from your belief that in some cases your right and they are wrong. Which is also fine btw but you can seem defensive on some points. Hope you take the above as positive feedback. In return ease keep posting tips to help me get further.
Is there any way to add sole sort of difficulty adjustment for the game? I'd love to play, but I am very bad at TD style games, and while this looks cool, and I can imagine how stellar it would be to play, if it's as challenging as it seems I think I may cry Please for the helping?
Eh. Name one developer who is more active in making quality games and more active on TouchArcade forums than Foursaken Media? I cant think of one. Beside, I check out the most recent posts by FM...the first couples of pages doesn't feel anything like this "holier than ya" syndrome vibe. If there's one further back, then eh who cares. All I can see is FM being extremely helpful and being a darn good listener.
guys, you are awesome! i've never played Minecraft, don't like too much, but this game is totally out of mind! tons of things to plan & do (i love the mix of strategy & action)... guess you must add an in-game ToDo section stunning game!!!

Keep at it it wasn't until I'd played about five games that things started to click. At first it all seemed to confusing but then you slowly start to figure it all out. The all text tutorial was pretty useless as I got bored and skipped it but figured it out anyway.
Point taken, but in all fairness this was my response to the guy who first said something about my perceived "attitude"... which is basically exactly what kind of response you were looking for I just figured it was all part of the same convo.
There is a sandbox mode where you have unlimited money and can control the waves of enemies while you learn
