Actually after reading up on it, it appears your right, they only have to pay once per year. So I guess that makes a little more sense, as I can't imagine somebody paying to develop this.

Dude you are messed up. First of all I never sent a pm that was grossly missinformed, and you quoted me. I just said I agreed with the pm. And I'd he also sent a pm to you that called you annoying, I'd agree with that too. If you don't care with what we believe in then why are you quoting me, someone that agrees with his comment, yelling in caps about our philosophies on life.
