Premium puzzle game with no IAP! Instant buy. Really like the minimalistic interface. The game is prime to have a move count as a goal, but I understand the developer's decision not to implement this. Like the mechanic that the exit nodes themselves can act as blocks. Other similar puzzle games do not usually leverage this as an added mechanic. Intrigued to see how far the game can take this in later puzzles. Blicke, you peaked my interest when you stated in a previous post that only a few players have managed to complete the entire game: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showpost.php?p=3882668&postcount=26 Sounds like a direct challenge! slewis7 Well-Known Member Apr 6, 2011 3,768 41 48 Male Retired! Houston, TX #5 slewis7, Jul 28, 2016 I love this style of sliding puzzle game and Blicke is certainly very fun and hard to stop playing. The minimalistic art is great and there is a steady introduction of new elements to give it variety. I am 24 levels in and the challenge level seems right at this point. Some puzzles take a bit of head scratching, but none have come close to frustrating yet. A Game Center leaderboard displays how you compare against your friends in levels completed. Highly recommended for puzzle folks! Disclaimer: I got a promo code, but I would have been quite happy purchasing this one. Gradual increasing of difficulty has me playing more and more. Pushing blocks to get to other parts of the map trying to get each color to their respective goals. There is a rewind button so progress can be made and strategy can be used . Some levels have me scratching my head and later moving them into th right spots. Some of the puzzles I get right away and others take me many tries and rewinds. 70+ levels are increasing difficulty. There is a stat telling how many people have completed each level. Of course the further you get that number decreases so that's something I enjoy because it lets me know my hard work has me further than most people. This is an Indie developer I will be following. I'll be picking up his other two games as well. This is a fun game for sure if your into puzzle type games which I know the toucharcade community usually is all about. Some of the levels are quite elegant with equally elegant solutions, though the lack of a move counter makes it a moot exercise to try to search for such solutions. For levels with only a few gray blocks, it turns out that many of such levels can be solved without using all of these blocks. I had presumed incorrectly that the scarcity of such blocks in a level implies that the game is tasking the player to use all of them in clever ways to solve the level. Perhaps they are just red herrings... Puzzle difficulty is on the lighter side. The game is more suited for casual puzzle gamers. Veteran puzzle fans may find this game to be too easy. baykah Member Jul 17, 2016 10 0 0 Software Designer and Developer Reading, UK http://www.flipzyx.co.uk #12 baykah, Aug 1, 2016 I've just started playing this. On levels with many gray blocks, you don't need to use all of them. On the levels with just a few (2, 3 or 4), all of them are there to be used to complete the puzzle. If some weren't used, probably there's more than one solution and it's a level that I need to revise to fix it. y2kmp3 Well-Known Member Jun 25, 2010 1,784 3 38 #14 y2kmp3, Aug 2, 2016 Last edited: Aug 2, 2016 Hi, Bivis, There are quite a few levels that have only 2, 3, or 4 gray blocks which are solvable without using all of the gray blocks: level 44 - 1 of 2 gray blocks unused level 50 - 1 of 4 gray blocks unused level 53 - 1 of 3 gray blocks unused level 58 - 1 of 3 gray blocks unused level 68 - 1 of 2 gray blocks unused level 69 - 1 of 4 gray blocks unused level 70 - 1 of 3 gray blocks unused level 71 - 1 of 4 gray blocks unused Just a quick disclaimer: these solutions were discovered without the explicit intention of solving the levels and not using all of the gray blocks.
