I expect a release when iPhone 5 will come out! Release only for 4s and 5, I think, graphics seems to heavy for iPhone 3GS and 4

Very happy to hear about the control scheme. That was definitely a good choice.

Dude, this'll be the sixth iPhone. Not the fifth. Why do people keep calling it that? There was the iPhone, the 3G (2nd gen), the 3GS, the 4, the 4S (the iPhone 5 by another name), and then the unnamed iPhone. Possibly just "the new iPhone".

Because that's what Apple calls it, that's why! What's the point of you trying to call it differently when everyone knows them by that? Why try to create confusion for no reason? Does it make you feel mentally superior? Good for you if it does, but the rest of us call them what they are since we don't get to name the products. It is what it is. Period.

Apple hasn't said a single word about the name of the device.

Now I'm feeling like a jerk, so I'm still going to say I'm sorry for correcting you.

Anyways, cool looking game. Is it coming soon?

We will be running full graphics on iPhone 5 and 4s. Graphics will be toned down a little to support our standard of gameplay on iPhone 4...but yes the iPhone 4 will be supported (barring any last minute setbacks).

The point is, you're gonna know it from whatever they call it.

Loving that the character uses such a cool weapon. Definetely reminds me of Squall.

Was that part of the inspiration?

Will there be any more dual functioning weapons?

He mentioned that iphone 5, not the fifth iphone, so i guess he is referring to the current "public" product name.
Agree that it will be the sixth iphone, but so far, the upcoming iphone is called iphone 5 out there, at least to many gadgets websites if not by apple.

If let say, the new iphone is called iphone 4S-2 due to small improvement... The public will still wait what so called iphone 5

I can guarantee you that the next iPhone will be nothing like the 4s besides its a phone running the same old os.

Exactly. But I could really care less what they're going to call the next iphone. Big improvement/giving us what we want to see is all I care about. Making it really worth your while and a must-buy over the last one is key. More space than 64GB, like 128GB would do, dealing with compression, longer battery life, and larger screen would top my wish list among a couple of other things if I had my way. My ipod touch 4th gen. 64GB device is already terribly obsolete for gaming and it's the newest one. Hope Apple comes through, man!
But back to the game! Been waiting for this one for a while, and can't wait for it's release! Hope it's real SOON!

If its being optimized for Tegra, it will probably support water effects, some various lighting and maybe clothing effects.

Before people start complaining about 'why can't iOS have Tegra effects' and 'the A5X is so much more powerful than the Tegra 3' please remember the most important fact when playing on the iPad:

The New iPad has an incredibly high resolution that makes the GPU take a big hit

    http://www.redmondpie.com/a5-vs.-a5x-vs.-tegra-3-thoroughly-benchmarked-the-winner-is-rather-surprising/

This article lays out why, despite the raw power of the A5X, the screen is holding back it's potential in gaming.

    Anyway....

Are the devs looking to release this in time for the supposed launch of the next iPhone? If so, it would put this game up in direct competition with IB: Dungeons.
