Word to the wise: posting willfully false information is a banning offense. Either you don't know what you are talking about (i.e you are not in the beta test), or you are making crap up to be troll. Either way, you are a hair's breath from getting permanently banned.

Stating something as a fact when you know it is not is being willfully false -- similar to saying that a game is out when it is not. We ban folks for that all the time. You don't know anything about this game. Don't pretend that you do, or you'll get banned. It's that simple. I can always do an IP search, you knucklehead. Just try me.
Well if you look at your own post now it felt like you'd played the beta and the game wasn't that great. Spreading false information about a game can really hurt a game so please, just a do a little research beforehand okay ? Case closed!

I'm just curious, what if I give a viewpoint after playing a game (I did play the Beta, and yes Dead Trigger looks better). If you don't agree with it, do I get banned? Also, is there no warning beforehand - people just get banned right away? Edit: I meant this as a reply to post #184
DT barely qualifies as a game, who cares if it looks better or not . I bet that bladeslinger will be way more ambitious than DT, not that this is difficult . Dead trigger is just a tech demo disguised as a "game" . When madfinger make an actual game, with real levels, characters , story , progression e.t.c , looking like DT then we can talk It bothers me when people take away from what many IOS developers are trying to create , real console like games with great graphics , bringing up things like infinity blade and dead trigger .
Beta Tester Here; I didn't know Dead Trigger had realtime shadows. Dead Trigger Is a joke compared to this Game Bladeslinger
1) I don't care if you think that Bladeslinger is poop on a stick. Nobody gets banned for an opinion. The false information in question was very specific and not a matter of opinion. 2) He got plenty of warning. In any event, the issue ultimately was the way he talked about getting around TA rules (setting up a new account, spoofing his IP address). That's an attitude we don't need around here. BTW if you really are in the beta test, you committed yourself to comment about the game only on the developer's forum. That's up to you, of course, and your sense of ethics.
Dude, chill. I almost feel like I'm walking on a tightrope here. I clearly said "DT looks better than BS". This can be easily seen from the screenshots from one year ago. I am not giving away any information on the game itself. Heck, even you have said you are taking part in the Beta and then some, so there's nothing wrong if I admit as much, is there?
As i said, that's up to you. Personally, when I'm on a beta test I don't divulge anything that could be seen as critical -- that goes only to the dev. That has nothing to do with me being a moderator. Again, it takes a special kind of jerkiness to get banned around here. Most folks have nothing to worry about.
