Well just opened up my game today and I'm not getting any hyper bits from boxed any more? I am one of the people who also can't use the video ad's if that helps. But this sucks meaning I can't get any more offline upgrades
I am not reading all the pages from the thread that I've missed, but if and when an update with a BrBa reference goes live, PM me. I will honor my promise and purchase the doubler (not sure which one yet) as soon as I see a BrBa reference. Thanks for the game. I'm almost done, and I've been playing offline. That's a real challenge (in dedication, not skill of course).
Check Stats to see when the game thinks your day will reset again. This seems to get messed up when people reboot their devices sometimes. There should be a fix in next update, but that may help you for now.
Well after playing for 5 days I had gotten all but 2 achievements (Reach max balance and Upgrade all investments to level 5), had over 600 Hyperbits saved up, and had a permanent coin multiplier of 580%. Then I upgraded to iOS 8.1 and restored from the backup that I had just made and lo and behold all of my progress was lost. So I'm done, I can't start over again, it is just too slow of a grind. I had gotten to the point where I could reach bitminer v.25.0 in less than 5 hours, I just can't go back to the slow pace of starting all over again. So thank you for the incredibly fun game Fizz Pow Games, I had a lot of fun while it lasted.
Ouch! Sorry to hear that. We are planning some kind of cloud save in next update, but that doesn't help you now.
Yeah, doesn't really help my situation, but hopefully it will help others in the future. I may play again if you guys release a content update that adds new elements to the game play.
+1. While the grind, without feeling too grindy, is kindof the point of the game, I understand not wanting to retread old territory especially given so many great games to play and other ways to spend your time. Awesome score BTW. Keep calm and game on.
That doesn't say unopened, it says unboxed. Meaning that you have already unboxed 25 Hb today. In 4 1/2 hours the counter will reset to 0/25 and you will be able to unbox 25 more Hb.
My strategy/experience First off, I just want to say thanks for the fun and addicting game The first time I played I almost broke out the spreadsheets and stopwatch to try and find the optimal balance between buying investments, upgrading software, and moving onto the next level of investment. I didn't though and settled on only upgrading the software once purchasing the next desired/affordable investment was more expensive than doing. I also invested in lower tiered investments when they had a higher cost to earnings ratio but stopped once it was three tiers lower than the one I was currently investing in. (The lower tiers quickly become irrelevant) The second playthrough I decided to go for the "no investment" achievement. My only strategy that time was to skip tasks until I had the "Mine xxx bitcoins - Reward: 500x Coin Blast". You could finish that task completely with a single x30 Tap Speed boost and I rarely mined half of the total before getting a x30/x50/x70 boost. So there was no point in taking the Mining task that only rewarded 250x Coin Blast. My third run through I went for the <50 taps achievement and that's when I made my general strategy. Since the upgrades to the apartment don't provide any benefit, I never bothered to improve my Software because I wasn't even tapping this time anyways. That's when I realized something that I don't think anyone has noticed yet, TRB4 even posted something incorrect about it in post #187. The tasks don't get more difficult as you complete them, they get more difficult as you upgrade your Software. So by never upgrading my software I was still able to spam "Open 2 boxes - Reward: 250x Coin Blast" tasks even though I have multiple Time Machine investments. I still need to grind for hyperbits for the one achievement but I'm going to stick with this method for the Bb achievement.
Well that's strange now I'm getting the gems again? It just missed out one day of giving them to me? Well who knows but I'm glad it's working again.
Unlimited skips Thanks, I hope you don't remove the unlimited skip feature but I'd understand it if you did. I'll just have to exploit it while I can.
I've just had my first bug I think. Was playing earlier today - about 3 hours ago and just come back to it to find I've not had any offline earnings..... No message popped up and my coins hasn't risen. Closed and restarted it a few times and it seems to be working again now. Very odd.
We have heard of this happening and I am changing something for next update that hopefully addresses it.
