Bioware without question... Mass Effect 2 and KOTOR might be my two favorite games of all time. Baldur's Gate 1/2, NWN and Mass Effect are good too.
im sorry, but this list is indeed a failure in every sense of the word. First of all, why the HECK did ZYNGA beat out Square Enix, of all things? second of all, Treasure lost in the first round? And to a stupid FPS company? ...really? This makes me sad for the state of video games these days...
this is a stupid competition, how in the hell does zynga beat anything? these are just kids biased opinions.not who the best developer is,they just need to leave that to the professionals. farmville, mafia wars, and vampire wars shouldn't even be considered games.Nintendo has been around for almost 30 years and are still going strong, along with developers like final fantasy and capcom.valve and bioware both make amazing games.but being able to make games for decades and still have hits, is what should be considered the best developer. this is just a bunch of kids voting for the one game they liked,not knowing the history of really great game developers, or the longevity of the franchises.this competition is a shame.
Indeed, I can't really believe Zynga beat both Square Enix AND Infinity Ward. Kinda shocking actually. I'm kinda split between Valve and Bioware. I was gonna vote Bioware but when I remember Dragon Age and how awesome it was, I'm thinking of going to Bioware.

I love Valve. Valve games are the best I've ever played. Yesterday I installed HL2 on my new laptop (alienware m11x, awesome laptop) and it still looks quite good, I'm going to download a graphics mod but those graphics are amazing, better than anything in 2004. The first time I played it was in the beginning of 2005, and its awesome. It looked great and gave me the best gaming experience in my life.
