Both new mutation tiers and new monsters are incredibly expensive to unlock and I don't even know if they are worth the effort. It might be better to upgrade the starting mutations vs unlocking a bunch of weak mutations that dilute your choices during a match. Perhaps allow us to select the entire set of mutations that are available during a match. As to the new monsters, I currently have little incentive to risk wasting the massive amount of currency required to unlock. There's not even a description for each one.
