Yep. Personally I edited the info.plist of the .ipa and then installed it via ifunbox. Definitely recommend getting it for a jailbroken device, you can use some mods from the PC version if you're jailbroken.
Didn't want to put this on the games thread as I don't want to detract from any potential buyers. I have this game on N3DSXL and I don't get why people like it so much. I would rate it a 6-7/10. Definitely not something I would pour 100 hours into. To me it's just boring. But one mans trash is another mans treasure and I'm glad so many TA users are having fun with it.
