looking at the level i agree with you.. but then i look at the leaderboard and think otherwise. i have everything three starred besides cat 3 baron 3 and baron 4.. on baron 4 i had an originally terrible time of 2hr20 min improved up to around 24 minutes that did not improve my score much (maybe 40k although i dont remember). then i look at the leaderboard and see i am losing by nearly 500,000 points to the first place guy. so that makes me think there's two possibilities, either they nailed baron 4 and it improved their score more then i thought it would or they beat another level (joker baron 3). i'm not totally sure but my money is on the second. i was hoping one of them wouldve written about the quick bridge trick here since theres two guys that got a good lead on me but im sad to find out theres not. i think this finally gives me a reason to check out on this game.. because the thought of working to get sub 30sec on baron 3 makes me ill. at least i had the number one spot for a night. now i can die in piece haha. edit: sorry upon looking again it's actually 1.5 million lead. so they beat joker cat 3 in 30sec and then baron 3.. no doubt in my mind.
Given that lead, you might be right. I found that improving existing times doesn't lead to that big a score increase. You can get to the bomb bridge (on JC3) fairly quickly, so maybe someone was able to blast over the bridge and finish within 30 seconds. Or maybe someone beat Joker Baron 4 in a small amount of time...
Ya, I have gotten over the bomb bridge rather quickly but it's always luck and can never seem to do it when I've beat the first part of the level fast. I just hold back & forward and gun it, a lot of the time I blow up but about 5% of the time I make it close to the end. Someone probably got lucky?
yeah i agree it's probably all when somebody had the perfect run when everything goes right. that's how it is with a lot of the tougher levels. the bomb bridge is a frustratingly big variable though i can do everything else pretty quick im not always great getting up on the bridge itself and that ruins runs for me but i feel like that bridge has to be beaten in like 7-8 seconds on first try and its not easy to do consistent at all. i havent played that level in awhile and never too intently focused on time but my best is like 58sec so for me it'll be hard. and it sucks because even if i do and i want to get three stars in all i look at baron 4 and think that 2min on that really is virtually impossible. four tough segments that are all really hard to be consistent in and do quickly so having to do all four quickly in same run will not be easy.
inferno two remake ^^ haha yes the track gets progresivly harder, like the original. all obstacles can be done consistently, and two of the original shortcuts is also in there. my best is 56 sec, not utilizing the shortcuts thanks for trying it out man inferno two remake - download it at AIB2
It is great track, I finished it in around 12 minutes I was swearing a lot at the part that's on the second screenshot.. hat was actually the hardest part of the level to me
How are you guys generating the 4 letter codes for levels you've made? I only have the option to share it through email, the share button on the level select screen is grayed out...
When you quit back to the level select menu after saving your level click share and you will see your code.

This is a pretty good game, but I'm stuck on the easy levels! I think if the levels are a little easier at the beginning, I would play for a whole lot longer
Hey Qwiboo, any idea why I can't click the button to generate a code for my track? It's grayed out like the feature is unavailable. There's also a bug I've come across, if I try to share it via email and back out, the screen accuracy shifts really badly. Like if I click somewhere, the press will register somewhere else and I'll have to quit the application to fix it.
share the track with your own email. when you use the link from the email u open the track, and can reshare it, voila, a code appears.
Qwiboo, I think this got missed the last time I asked: What happened to the "la la la la la" music that was in the original beta demo video posted ages ago. I thought that was great!
Exteme 1 King's Castle Can anyone tell me how to get to the finish line in the first extreme level "King's Castle"? i can never get enough speed to pass the last lot of barrels b4 the finish line!
In the last miniloop, if you lean backwards while hitting gas (just enough to ALMOST lift the front wheel) you can gain extra blast
Just an FYI to the dev, regardless of what other sites say, Bike Baron is my personal GOTY. Every night I hit refresh on the blogspot page and am ecstatic when I see a new list of user levels posted. Also, I want to give props too all the level makers out there, you guys are turning out some quality stuff!!!!!!! 99 cents is a complete and utter steal.
I have stack somewhere on level with big fishes, but trying hard ha, ha. Love the way motorcycle crashes.
