Oh darn. Here I was hoping for an iPad $0.99 cent sale. I've been so spoiled by big Fish's dollar sales!! Ah well, a lot of the games are certainly worth $3!
Finally! Although so far it seems to be mainly older games which I have already Edit: nvm appshopper was just behind. Seems like the Collectors Editions which are the IAP of most of the free version are $.99 as well so I recommend going for those since there's more content
I bought the iPad version of the Dire Grove adventure game I had wish listed and this is definitely a big step up from the typical Big Fish hidden object game. In the hour I have played of it, I think I am really going to enjoy it and get my $3 worth.
I have Dire Grove on my PC and it is really one of their best. All of their Mystery Case File games are superb except for the latest one which makes you search for morphing objects instead of regular objects
Think I'm just gonna go withthe Collectors Editions... which are all IAP.. All the other ones can wait for the Christmas sale... if there is 1... have 20+ big fish games.... not gonna spend $60 on them at once lol..
I'm going for CEs as well. The problem is that I also play them on my computer and have to decide which ones I want replay. So far I've settled on: Awakening: the Goblin Kingdom Nightfall Mysteries: Black Heart Sherlock Holmes and the Hounds of the Baskervilles I'll probably also get Lost in the City: Post Scriptum because it's a great change from the usual fare of gypsies, ghosts and gremlins. Good thing I have a few more days to decide if I want more
Does anyone know if there are any iphone games that look good on the Ipad 3? ie not pixelated. I read somewhere that it makes a difference to get the newer Big Fish HD games for Ipad, but that older iphone games look great on the new Ipad retina display. Anyone know which?
I finished buying "only" 8 games from Big Fish...they are too many, I simply can't purchase them all during this sale LOL...anyway they are great, it's sure I'll play them all till the very end... and, at least, I know they will never go free (so a buck is a nice deal in all means)! Oh, and I know they will never go to a buck after some days from the release (ye, I'm referring to certain devs, you know it!)
Good to know... Just did a quick check this morning, before I went to work. got 2 full folders with Big Fish Trials lol..
Any recommendations for the "must have" Big Fish adventure games (more traditional adventure games than the hidden object games)? The Drawn games look pretty good... Any others?
