You'd probably get more noticed in the 'Upcoming Games Section' (as long as some of the are games). However you must then mention that you want apps to be tested as well. You might also want to provide some more info on what stuff you have upcoming (so people can see if that game/app appeals) but this doesn't mean give your whole game concept away. For example, what genre is it etc.
