    Hey all,

I'm one of the developers from Eiconic Games, we've got an app that's getting near to the end of it's development now and we're looking for some help to fine tune the game and get some constructive feedback before we release it. Here's a little bit about the game...

There are only two rules of Total Recoil.
Rule one: Shoot everything that moves!
Rule two: Shoot everything that doesn’t!

Total Recoil is a classic arcade style top down shoot ‘em up bursting onto iOS in Q4 2012. It is a high octane return to all your favourite games from the arcade that took our pocket money and kept us coming back for more when we were younger.

    Total Recoil features:
    • Addictive arcade gameplay that keeps you wanting just one more go
    • Upgradable weapons, including the Chaingun, Flamethrower and Guided Missile
    • Killstreak rewards, including Artillery Strikes, Sentry Guns and the Dive Bombing Aeroplane
    • Challenging Missions, pass these to level up
    • High quality 3D graphics and animation
    • Great character and environment designs
    • In-App purchases to buy and upgrade weapons and Killstreaks
    • Easy to pick up, challenging to complete difficulty progression
    • A long term design to create additional content after release
    • More explosions per square inch of screen than any other game, ever!

Requirements: iPhone, iPod touch and iPad devices. Requires iOS 5.0 or later.

If you're interested and we hope you are then the Beta signup can be done through our facebook page for the game, using the New Recruits link:

I guess you'll be wanting a few screenshots to give you an idea of what the game is about too, so here we go...

Hmmm, this looks like it could be interesting. Will keep an eye out for it. Any idea on a release date?

Hi, based on the screenshots the graphic looks great. It should be fun! Just did a sign up on your Facebook new recruit.

Looking forward to know more! :)
