So sorry for the late reply.

You can follow these steps.

Step #1, Choose another troops. (for example, pikeman)


Step #2, Open the "CHOOSE FORMATION" page.


Step #3, Choose a formation for pikeman. You can scroll this page to find the formation.


Step #4, Deploy some pikemen on the battlefield.


Step $5, Deploy the formation you chose.


The formation is completed only when the requested troops arrive. In this case, the the "PIKEMAN SQUARE" formation request 25 pikemen.
