    Did you extract the file?

If you did, drag both the provision file and the app itself into the iTunes library, in that order. It should then show up.

    1. Do you provide the correct UDID?

    2. Are you sure the app didn't show up, and it just didn't sync because its box was checked for syncing?

    3. If you are sure the app is not even in the iTunes library, you downloaded the files correctly, extracted them, did the provisiong first and then the app and it still doesn't work -- contact the dev. for another copy of the file. If it STILL doesn't work, contact Apple

I have trouble with beta programs, for me the answer is a bit more tricky. I think it is due to my device being jailbroken. I have to use a program called iPhone Configuration Utility:

    http://support.apple.com/downloads/iPhone_Configuration_Utility_1_1_for_Windows

For some reason me provisional file isn't activated when I drag it into my iPhone. So I have to open this program, select my device, click on the "Provisioning Profiles" tab, and click on the install button next to the name of the profile of the beta app. After this is complete I sometimes have to reinstall the beta app, but that usually clears up the problem.

Also, you should get a specific error message or something should happen to tell you what is wrong. be more specific as to what happens when you try to run the beta app.

    Hope that helps!
