GTA Vice City is best in my opinion. That's because I haven't downloaded Bastion yet...I should do that some time
Original music would also be Bastion, but it is helped along a lot by the narration. On PC it'd be Deus Ex Human Revolution, PS3 it'd be Flower. Worst would probably be Afterburner, reminds me of the late 80's early 90's sitcom themes.

Space Invaders Infinity Gene comes to mind as one of the best. Edit: that trailer/soundtrack for Asphalt 8 does sound pretty dope.
Man, I hate to admit it, but that song from Whale Trail is so catchy, I can't stop thinking about it in my head long after I quit playing it! I'm not saying it's the best tune, but certainly very catchy!
