I played the game and I think it's simple and ok to play, the controls are a bit slow which makes it a bit hard. Mainly I don't think your game sells well if you look at the quality of the other apps in the top games.. The game needs to have more better graphics and I hope you would keep dat in mind. I'm just being honest
I'm no expert in graphic design, but just try and make it look a bit cleaner perhaps? It looks more like a fish than a shark... Try: Lucky Shark Version 1.5 has just been released. Download this fun adventure game and explore the vast expanses of the open oceans. Chase shoals of fish and be immersed in the rich gameplay as you try to beat your high-score. Features: Accelerometer integration New colliding action Fun, addictive gameplay Facebook and social media support Integration with Openfeint The graphics need a major cleanup though if you want to have any success. To be honest, I'd put it for free and see what happens.
It seems to me that whilst the market may be incredibly saturated there will always be those titles that catch on and become massive successes without any apparent triggering factor for that success. Making a great game certainly isn't the be all and end all; indeed, marketing a great game isn't the be all and end all unless you have a serious budget behind you. But small marketing budgets hasn't stopped many individuals and studios from producing a world-wide phenomenon however. So keep plugging away Tareqali, enjoy what you are doing and you'll get there I am sure!
