I'm not usually downtown or in that area. The only time I head down that way is on Monday nights (I go to Ethos) and Wednesday nights (I go to Stardust and fix bikes for the needy). We should find some more people and get a gaming night together.
Don't know if you've seen my photo album here, but i am currently building an arcade for my house, Starting out will be just one MAME Arcade 2-player with light guns, and a pachinko machine, but by next year I will have re-finished my Pinball table so that will be there as well... And yes I am always down for gaming assuming my wife isn't in a bad mood eh?... I live in Longwood actually, I just work out here in Orlando
Yep- sorry guys. Just busy with a lot of other things happening in my life atm. It's not that I am working on Punk Justice full time though, believe me. Punk Justice has had its final update. If I'd have had a better response to the last major update (which had some pretty good additions imo) then I would have seen more potential to carry on with it. However, sales dropped after the first couple of weeks and the last update hardly made a difference, which was very disappointing considering the work I put into it. It doesn't help when Apple phones me (yes, PHONES me!) and asks that I change the games website so that comments can't be made from outsiders, because Apple wouldn't like that for a game they WANT TO ADVERTISE- yet that never happened!!! The advert images were sent to them, the site was changed, and nothing! I could have made thousands more if they had done so. So with sales being rather poor, with no interest even on the forums, I have decided to leave that particular project now and move on to something else. Just remember guys- just because some people have got rich from the app store, doesn't mean we all do. I'll be lucky to get a grand out of the game (before even deducting advertising expenses), and was very disappointed in sales, lack of interest with the update, and in Apple's two-faced approach to advertising- which has left me rather bitter. I have other hobbies as well as this, such as writing music, and actually playing games. But I am also working on ideas for a new game- again something completely original. But this time my expectation won't be so high. Anyway, peace. I'll still be here as a normal member. See you guys around.
