While the DS is pretty cool, I'm just gonna list my PSP games and you tell me the DS is still better: resistance Retribution, Assasins creed bloodlines, beaterator, Dissidea FF, echochrome, God of war, gran turismo, GTA Chinatown liberty city vice city, killzone liberation, motorstorm: artic edge, patapon 2, rock band unplugged, ridge racer 2, sega rally revo, star wars battlefront, syphon filter: dark mirriors and logan's shadow, tekken 6, tekken dark reserection, Tony hawk underground, wipeout pure and pulse, naruto
they all have graphics and gameplay far superior to their DS counterparts

The problem with that list is I own all the real (read: PS3/360) versions of the games. I don't really have the urge to play toned down PSP versions... maybe with a couple of exceptions. The DS has a good list of games that aren't just copies of other console games. I still wouldn't rate one over the other, I rate both equally.

Yeah that's unfortunate. At least I'm not a Korean fanboy that feels the need to talk about how bad popular video games are in every thread I participate in.

Toned down? The console (PS2) counterparts have less content than the PSP. Like GTA. Im not so sure about all of them though, cause I got rid of my consoles for portability. Money means 'on the move'. So there isnt much time im sitting in my living room wanting to blast the shit out something. I'm either falling asleep, waiting for a meeting, or blatently not doing work in my cubicle.

Graphics for sure, gameplay is debatable. I enjoyed a lot more DS games than PSP games.

Brother, most of the games you just listed there are just poor man's "console-like" games, just like Gameloft titles but a little bit superior. God of War and Wipeout are good, but the rest range from average to just plain mediocre.

You act like if you know what you are talking about, but in reality seems like you don't know much.

Nintendo DS is a superior system that PSP or iPhone. If you come with the excuse of "but but..... the graphix are not as gud", then I feel sorry for you.

Zelda Spirit Tracks, Mario and Luigi 3, The World Ends With You, Dragon Quest 4, 5, 6, IX, Mario Kart DS, Castlevania Order of Ecclesia, Professor Layton 1, 2, Chinatown Wars, Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword.

Do you want me to continue with, say, another 50 awesome games that are vastly superior to the stuff you listed?

I had a DS, now I have a PSP. The PSP is honestly 1000x better. The touch screen was a gimmick that many games included just because they could, though it didn't add anything to the game.

DS games just weren't my thing.

Were you stuck playing all the Imagine Babies games? Because there are plenty of games that use the touch screen in a great way.

that puts you in the post GameBoy Age group, so you must be around 10, seriously, I can't believe anyone would even think of saying the DS is better than the gameboy...

The DS IS better IMO and no I'm not ten. The DS has a much wider and diverse game library than that of the Gameboy.

Not to mention it has a few Pokemon games itself.
