Hi could someone please tell me what the best PDF viewer is. I need one which is NOT wireless and can do it through connecting to PC (windows). Prefarably free but you can list paid ones.
    Thanks

ALL the viewers connect to PCs via WiFi. It is not possible for apps (in 2.x) to use an USB connection.

You could get on your e-mail on your PC copy everything from the PDF and Paste in into your e-mail and send it to yourself.
Then get on your iPod Touch/iPhone and get on your e-mail and get it and view it offline.

No, normally you don't have to change anything. The PC and the iPhone should be in the same WiFi and then you can upload and download everything with a normal web browser.

Another way offers ReaddleDocs. You can upload the PDFs to a webspace (in the price of the app included) with your PC and download them within the app. Or you could mail the PDF as an attachment to special ReaddleDocs address and the attachment is automatically copied in your private webspace.

Some of the hundreds of file viewer apps have a build in browser, e. g. ReaddleDocs, Caravan and TextGuru. You can open the PDF file within the browser and save it for offline use. And of course you can save the file in the webspace which you get when you buy ReaddleDocs and download it from there to the app, but I already told you this.
