UM uniwar, flight control, depict, iGangster, THV, Trenches, The Creeps!, Fargoal, Hook Champ (eh), RogueTouch, geoDefense (swarm), Fieldrunners, Staunch defense,doodle jump, SuperRamen BROTHers, Labyrinth 2 wow add iDracula, Let's Golf, LightBike, Run!, and Zombieville USA and you got all the games on my ipod currently (i delete a lot of games for many reasons)
My votes would be for ReBounce or Flight Control.... ReBounce is newer, but it's becoming a 'must have' for competitive leaderboard style games (but still playable with one finger!)... and Flight Control is just a classic that I can always go back to.
With practice, Pocket Boxer can be played with one finger - it doesn't rely on a virtual d-pad, and every punch/defensive technique can be executed with a single tap. I've won both gameplay modes one handed while holding a sleepy baby in my other arm.
hey you forgot battle blasters!! i play with one finger all the time. I also managed to play through the entire Easy mode of NOVA using one finger.....Mad skills huh?
