      Our upcoming game "Age of Tribes" is a one-finger-only game...I really love a simplified gameplay. No matter if right or left handed. There is no need for gestures or a full featured gamepad emulation.

      Hook Champ probably could be used as a one-handed game... I thought that one was pretty good. Other than that, all of my options had already been placed on the original list.
