I think I'll count The Settlers and RTS games. You're right, they have a heavy time management aspect. But, 33rd Division doesn't count. There's no time limit for getting the guys in, and you don't have to micromanage like Flight Control or Harbor Master because only 5 guys come at a time. It's more a reaction game than time management.

Personally, I absolutely love Time Management games, and I probably have tried most of the ones created for iPhone. Here's my list of the best: (I'm listing more than 5 though ) 1. RanchRush (Can't wait for its sequel - they've been promising for a while) 2. Sally's Spa 3. Farm Frenzy 4. Airport Mania 5. Cooking Dash 6. Supermarket Mania 7. Wedding Dash 8. Diner Dash 9. I don't know if this counts or not.. maybe under "Tycoon" games but if it does, my vote goes to Karnival. Great game.
