I've only played 10 hours of Wind Waker, 10 minutes of Twilight Princess, and 5 hours of Minish Cap, but I'd say Minish Cap is my favorite. I won't vote, though, considering how much my opinion does not matter (on the account of me only playing three of the Zelda games)
I voted Ocarina of Time. LttP, Link's Awakening, Phantom Hourglass (and to an extent, WW and TP) are also good, but I remember how huge and epic (used in it's correct sense) OoT was compared to other N64 games upon its release. That's why it had the biggest effect on me.
With so many quality games, it's hard to choose. For me, Monday Twilight Princess is the best Zelda (and game) ever made, Tuesday Wind Waker, Wednesday Ocarina of Time, Thursday A Link to the Past and Friday Majora's Mask.
I have replayed A Link to the Past to many times to count - in fact I am playing it again right now on my iPod touch.
Majora's Mask is my far and away favorite. After that it's Wind Waker followed very closely by Ocarina of Time. Then it gets a bit blurry... probably Link to the Past, Minish Cap, Link's Awakening, Oracle of Ages/Seasons, Twilight Princess, Zelda 1, Zelda 2.
ocarina of time is by far the best zelda game ever released! I've beaten every one! skyward sword isn't going to be that good in my opiniion! its mixing 2 diferent style graphics that don't blend well
I'll go with the first one, I was an 80's kid. The Minish Cap one was a really good Zelda game too, I remember playing that one nonstop until I completed it. Ocarina and Twilight Princess... decent. Looking forward to the next one with higher hopes and expectations though.
