Which one is better, Brushes, Layers, or SketchBook Mobile (or whatever else is on the app store)? Thanks
well iv been playing with brushes and i like it. i wish we could get photoshop when ipad comes out but i do not see it ever happening. apple hates adobe if you are to believe the rumors. heh. to be honest i plan on buying most of the art programs. check out my thread ipad and art.. most of the good art programs were listed. chris. p.s reason i say more than one.. because they all do something a little different a little better.. so if you have them main ones your art is covered. unless brushes gets a major over haul for ipad. http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=43318
I bought Brushed the first day i got my iPod touch, it's been great, and they've been updating it, which is good. It's really user friendly, but the brush system doesn't beat SketchBook's brushes, which is GREAT. I've just tried the free version of SketchBook, and i'm impressed, the brushes act like the photoshop ones, with simulated pressure and such. You get used to the interface, but i must say that brushes is easier to understand I've heard that SketchBook is slower than brushes, but only if you do very complex and detailed drawings. But at least you can try the free version and see if you like it
