    Hey guys!

What form of support is most valuable for a customer?

As for me, forum seems to do well when it's about gaming.

Some people believe that blog enables the closest interaction between the devs and the users.

As for the community-based ways to provide customer support - I'm not sure they will gain popularity in the nearest future. Also the idea is wonderful, it seems too complicated to implement for the small projects. For instance, Tapbots mention having not great experience with the getsatisfaction (http://tapbots.com/blog/business/our-shiny-new-website).

I've attached a poll and I'd be happy to know your opinion. Please comment your vote in this thread. Which devs do provide the best customer support?

    Hi Crazy Dasie!
    Nice thread :)
This part the the forum is a lil slow, TAers are bz in the upcoming forums asking for the release dates :p
I think Skype contact or a hotline is not a feasible option as the games cost only $15 or <
However they are worth much more that tht!
