Bubble bash is probably the best IMO, lots of powerups and TONS of levels. But for classic BAM, get the original by taito. I have both and play them equally...
Bust-a-Move on iPhone looks, sounds, and plays pretty perfect - but they skewed it wayyy to easy so I got tired of it very quick Still a very slick package. Eyegore's Eye Blast by Retro Dreamer is a nice derivative, you can swing the stack around with the accelerometer. Very nice polish. Another new game Porcupine Puzzle riffing off of it just released as well, check out the new TA thread. Looks nice. My game 180 is obviously quite inspired by Bust-a-Move as well, though it is very different with a 2-sided flipping mechanic. Here's a YouTube showing the gameplay:
