Great list of games... so do we need to subscribe to something or will they simply go on sale?

They'll simply go on sale. The web page acts merely as a clearing house for information, so you know what to watch for.

Just noticed this thread. It's been a while since the AppStore had some kind of mass sales event. Pretty cool stuff.

The only two games out of the ones I'm interested in and don't have from the iOS list are Puzzlejuice and Force = M x A. Might grab some HD versions of a few of the games I already have.

Might grab DS: Thongs of Virtue from the Mac AppStore. Have the other 2 DS games already. Not interested in any of the titles since they're all pretty much all available on the iOS.

Maybe I'll finally grab The Binding of Isaac from Steam as well.

Meh, most of the games going on sale for the iOS are the leading indie titles (WoG, S&S, Canabalt, etc.) that always do, but it's still an awesome event for lots of people.

hmm... pretty much have every single game on that list... the couple I don't have don't really catch my eye.

But it's great to see a massive sale going on. I hope it helps out with all the developers that are needing some more attention right now.

Suppose I don't have any of those in the list, which are the absolute must haves?

    a[V-O-I-D]
Anomaly Warzone Earth (one of the best tower offense titles ever)
Babylon Twins (though this one goes free fairly often... so if it's not free during this sale, you might just want to wait it out)
Bean's Quest (one of the best platformers available for the iOS)
    Blocks Hurt! (fantastic arcady game)
    Commander Pixman (great speedrun platformer)
EDGE (classic... that's all I can say)
EDGE Extended (extension of a classic... hehe)
Eliss (Another classic, though this one is probably lesser well known)
Eufloria (very nice RTS title... iPad only)
Great Little War Game (very nice TBS title... one of the best on the iOS)
    Grooh (interesting puzzler)
    Gunman Clive (very nice platformer)
iBlast Moki 2 (classic physics puzzler... this one has a level designer)
League Of Evil 2 (if you don't know about it... well... get it)
Samurai II (gerat adventure title from the devs who made Shadowgun...)
Silverfish (another classic... awesome game that'll never leave MANY an iOS gamers devices)
Spy Corp (Nice stealth-based platformer with 50 fairly big levels, and nice equips)
Superbrothers (point n click adventure that blows almost every other iOS game outta the water)
Toki Tori (very nice puzzler with platforming elements)
Waking Mars (fantastic exploration adventure title)
World Of Goo (one of the best physics puzzlers available)

**these are, obviously, just my opinions. I'm sure others will disagree, have more to add, take some of these off of their own personal lists... blahdeblahdeblahdeda... really depends on what types of games you really really like and how much you're willing to spend on games that you'll most likely wind up purchasing anyway. A TON of these hardly ever go on sale... so now would be the best time to snag em.
