I don't know why you have to unlock perks if you don't want to. From the main screen I've unlocked 3 perks. But after the game ends it seems to go to another unlock perks screen. I click on the one that's available(green) and nothing happens except a chirp. I've tried double clicking and I'm still not able to get it.
Green means it's already unlocked. Grey means you can't unlock it yet. You need to select a red one and tap to unlock it. Once unlocked perks then need to be purchased and enabled in the perk management screen.
I think the top priority is the controls. The floating controls are good except the missiles / bombs are hard to access and when the movement pad is to the very edge of the screen the stops the ship going left. I highly suggest making fixed controls the default vs floating.
Just bought this and it's insane! oh and tight controls (fixed sticks) def. help make this one of my fav games atm. now for someone to port audiosurf T-T
I just googled audiosurf. Looks pretty cool! It reminds me of Riddim Ribbon by Tapulous. Wave Crasher is supposed to be coming out next week.
According to the description it's just for fun. I think it's basically a way to throw another buck at the dev if you like the game, and considering the game's only 1 doller, it's probably not a bad idea
I had no problem throwing a dollar the Dev's way for the gold ship. Especially since the game launched at a dollar

Great psychedelic (depends on music of course), colorful and explosive game. Recommended! Looks and feels gorgeous on iPad 2.
Absolutely love the game. But I hate the snake-like boss. On the later levels of boss rush (20+) he gets so freaking long and always surrounds me completely. Then fires those indestructible red bullets and kills me. The starfish-like boss is pretty easy to defeat though.
