Not to get off topic with this game, but since you mentioned AppShopper... Has anyone had problems with the AppShopper app duplicating apps or having the app not match the website? I don't know where else to post this question on this forum and this problem is driving me absolutely crazy.
I don't keep much music on my iPad and I got tired of playing to the songs I have on there, so I started playing with the Internet radio (mostly the techno/trance stations), and I still find it quite enjoyable. I am adding more music to my iPad now just for this game because I want to try stuff out, but I've been disappointed by how much of my music the game doesn't recognize.
Your very welcome. This game is hard to put down once your in a groove; logged more than 15 hours and played 206 songs out of the 650+ on my iPad 2. The one thing I like about the game (other than the trippy lights and colors) is that it's consistently smooth regardless of how much clutter is on screen. Music preferences include Hip Hop, R&B, Dance, Trance, and OSTs from video games and animes.
Just wondering, will playing boss rush mode using songs with stronger and more intense drum beats make the game easier, compared to a more mellow song?
I have a question, hopefully someone has tested this or Starg knows. Say I play a song, and set a score on it. If I delete the song from my iPhone, and later re-add it, will the score and progress be reset? I read somewhere that the PC version saves scores according to the filename/path and I know the iPhone saves music with crazy names and file paths, so I'm leaning towards the score resetting outcome...
Data for deleted songs will be lost. It works a little differently on iOS because of save game size & ram limitations.
Have to say this has been one of my MOST played games since it went free! Even bought a few new songs that I had wanted - just to see how they would play. Got level 39 and 29 million in Boss Rush. Don't know if I can do it again though.
Did it really go free already? Never saw the price drop. This game is worth far more than its $.99 admission.
