Game broken for me. Sector map cannot scroll to top half of the Galaxy, renders the game completely unplayable. iOS 8.3 iPad Air Please fix, this has so much potential
So, how much variation is there between playthroughs? I don't mean the map, but in enemy tactics, etc. what sort of variety is there?
I have the problem where the game map won't scroll up too. If I have a quest then that will help too. Got pretty deep into the game and now all of my progress is gone? I unlocked all ships but the last one and now I have to start over from the beginning. Pretty crappy.
I discovered a bug where I could sell my weapons or shields and it wouldn't really go away but it still gave me the money and upgrade tokens. So I could just repeat these steps and get the best ships/weapons
- You get random ammount of scrap (currency) and upgrade points at the start so you can't use the same weapons every time - randomly generated maps - random missions - random loot which is stronger than what you can buy so you can't rely on getting the same equipment in your next game - different ships - different weapon systems (repair beams as well) - double, rapid fire,.. I can't say more becouse of the map bug
There's a video of gameplay, it's the PC version, it should be similar to iOS. This gameplay is better in showing you the stuff, and there's voice over. Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel I love to have trading/'crew mgmt/ allies interaction in possible future updates? Or next battle station series, and it will be a almost complete space adventure.
Map bug We have fixed this and already submitted the update to Apple yesterday. Normally it takes 6 days for Apple to approve, but we have asked for an expedited review and hopefully we will get one. But to all of you experiencing this bug We have the newest version approved in Testflight. If you are experiencing this bug you can mail us with a receipt to [email protected]. We will then invite you to the Testflight and you will be able to play the newer version right away. We are very sorry for this, we did not catch it because we only have two test devices to test the game on and they did not present the problem. We should have found a way to test more so we have to blame ourselves for this.
Data Wiped MAJOR BUG Hi, really enjoying the game but in my last Hard difficulty play through it crashed while moving to another sector, my 3rd move. After loading the game I see that all my unlocks through levels have been wiped. I am forced to start out fresh even though my score is still ranked on the leaderboard. You'll see it as first or second place as "SS". Can anything be done about this? I was level 9, almost 10 when this occurred. Currently using an Mini iPad 2 Retina with latest ios version. UPDATE: Everytime I quit and enter the game, all my data is wiped, even if I manually quit the game.
okay i just got hit by the same bug everyone is talking about. i was playing on normal difficulty, the game crashed and all my data got wiped. i will still play but seriously that bug sucked. i had a really nice battle cruiser. i am playing on iPhone 6.
In the dev website someone has posted about crash issues on iOS. Based on their reply, it looks like they have fixed it in the upcoming update
Very sorry to hear that you have had problems with data being wiped. We are looking into this, the update that is pending review has fixed a save game crash issue. Hopefully this has been the problem with you guys, but we cannot be 100% sure. But we will investigate further, it is a shame that you are losing your progress.
Wow lol , was on map 2,was attacking Trolgar's main battlestation (it was also protected by Trolgar ships) but my second ship was destroyed so I left the field of the battle but as soon as I left I was surrounded by 8 Trolgar ships... So yeah,ehm :"Cause everything is never as it seems!" At least I unlocked a new starting ship XD
Nope,failed miserably but will do better on my next walkthrough was really surprised to know that you can just continue playing without stopping. This game definitely needs to have some more interesting features.
