Fair enough, I'll be sure to make it clear where to find the rarest stuff through in-game information. It was not really explained in Battleheart that there were "secret" items only accessible via the arena.
Sounds good, although I do like the good old item rarity colours as in WoW but I never had a problem on Battleheart knowing what was better or what I wanted equipped. Don't know if I knew arena only had certain items though. Can I ask how the inventory works in the game? Mainly how many items we can carry ect? Generally I'm a hoarder keeping my options open with different items.
Equipment is selected from a scrolling list this time, rather than a finite grid of slots like Battleheart, so there's actually no limit to how much stuff you can hang on to. This is briefly visible in the middle of the trailer (in fast-forward).
Very happy to hear that as I always struggle to keep inventory space! Sadly I can't check the video often my connection is poor and I lose it whenever I watch a video : (
When!!! Does anyone know the release date yet? I know it said this year early but i would like to know becuase i must have this I HAVE 5.00 JUST WAITING PUT ASIDE IN A NICE SECRET LOCATION FOR THIS GAME
I feel you, I really can't wait for this game to be released. The first Battleheart game was one of my first favorite game that made me realize the potential of iOS as a gaming device.
Im really excited to play this game!!! Can't wait to get my hands on a rogue and mage!! Ty so much for making fantastic games!
Ahhh, the three pillars of iOS gaming: Mountain Sheep, Raptisoft and MikaMobile. Not only am I excited about Battleheart, the thought of possibly having Zombieville 3 is too much to even grasp. Zombieville 2 has NEVER left my devices, not once, and I still fire it up to this day. The chances of getting an OMG! Pirates! sequel are doubtful at best, but if Mika is looking for a 'shorter project' after Battleheart as described earlier in this thread, OMG 2 could fit that bill Bring on Battleheart. Bring it all.
Why should there have been? The game still sells decently here in Australia, and when you think about it (assuming it's $2.99 like I remember it being and it goes down to 99c), it would turn out that the game being bought three times would produce the same profit as the game being sold once at full price. Then when you factor in how many people have this game or a game similar to it, as well as the free versions of the game, it might not have made a large enough profit to be justified, if it produced a profit at all.
Smh... Dear lord, I am very sorry for this generation... And we wonder why some devs are inclined to go freemium...
To tide folks over while we finish the game, I thought it might be fun to do in-game snapshots of the familiar designs from Battleheart that have been re-imagined in 3D for Battleheart Legacy. I'll start things off with the good ol' cyclops. He's still slow, but packs a punch.
Will we be able to name our characters? Also when you said this winter, did you mean by the end of April?
I like that there will be familiar characters in the game, Castle Doombad and some others are keeping me happy for now but still can't wait. I just hope this and Dungelot 2 aren't released at the same time! It'll be so hard to chose what to play first.
