Many pages back I mentioned we're planning to release at $4.99 with no IAP. I'm afraid we have our beta testing needs covered, sorry guys.
Awesome! Can you give us any information on what certain classes will be like so we can get a feel for the new ones and a refresher course on the old ones? I can't even begin to decide what I will be playing at release lol
This is one of the under appreciated things, getting new games to work on old devices. There are a lot of new games that are ios7 only for the sole purpose of blocking out those older devices and they could even be 2D art runner games. Major props.
Sorry if this has already been answered but when is the release date? Also is there ever going to be a Battleheart 2?
It is a killer having a date set just as winter considering winter is different times in different countries. Could we perhaps beg for a kind of idea even vague like 1-2 months 3-4 ect Anyway really can't wait for the game and of course as I've said countless times I'd rather time be taken to make a game great than a game be rushed out.
Wow, this looks amazing! I loved the original Battleheart, so I'm sure I'll fall in love with this too.
OMG!! FINALLY!! A new Battleheart game! So many clones came but i knew ( hoping at least) that you guys were gonna evolve the original gameplay! AND AWESOME!!! Thank you in advance!
You guys should really inpliment a virtual joystick for movement atleast, since you feel it would be hectic without (not trying at all to be rude). Please, atleast have it be an option. I just loath tap to move games and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.
+1 to this. I actually asked this back on page 17 and this was the response by Mika: I'm generally a fan of d-pads myself, but it really wouldn't make much sense for the way this game is played - by locking on to targets and mixing auto-attacks with activated abilities via an action bar. The closest thing I can compare it to is League of Legends or any other MOBA, except you have up to 8 abilities. I think it would be very clumsy to try and execute all of the stuff you can do with a dpad and thumb-buttons (and would obscure a lot of the screen).
I can see his point of it being clumsy if it were implemented the way he was talking about, but I don't see how it would be clumsy at all if they just threw in a dpad off to the side of the abilities bar. Like I said before, atleast for movement. I strongly believe this would not be clumsy and would work out just fine.
I think it will be auto attack, and you will be controlling abilities, waiting for timers to be up, and to control 8 abilities with small cool downs with one hand doesn't work for me. I Agree with mika on this one.
