My new high on the area with my previous mentioned build ("Can't Touch This") without premed/song of inspiration combo
I am currently a lv15 wizard/ witch / necro. Any tips on how to fight the spider using only elemental spells? The spider queen has a tom of hp and my 3 basic spells (lightning, blizzard, meteor) aren't cutting it. Conflagration apparently doesn't work on it as well.
Ok. What's the best build for boss WITHOUT NINJA. Yeah, i didn't know i needed to help the women at the start, okay? My stats are: STR: 22 DEX: 40 INT: 18 SKL: 40 END: 22 CHA: 14 So what are my options? I've completed rogue and ranger, and half way through skills with everything else. Legendaries: The scourging inferno Robes of the shadowmancer Hurricane I got those fist ones twice but sold them
I'm sure this has already been asked and answered, but I couldn't find the answer. Is there a way to reset your character's stats at any point? Thanks in advance for any info/advice.
Not directly. Though if you beat the last boss you can start the game over (NG+) which copies your character and all the skills you have earned previously to a new level 1 character with reset stats. what i did when i had a heavy auto attack and melee based build, i equipped as many ranged skills as i could. Looking at your stats, you could easily do an archer/pet type build, (hopefully you have mummy from Necro). Put on some Life Leech items, and just run around, using ranged skills. saved your ranged aoe/defensive skills for when the adds show up.You could also possibly do one someone previously posted which is get Enrage, Power Infusion, and stealth/backstab the boss and do that as much as you can and get huge crits that kill him. I think part of the fun of the game is it isn't easy, but try different combos and some work better for different situations I too had problems with my caster only at that point in the game. The poison he does is painful. I use teleport a lot on him. if you can time it right, cast your blizzard and when it just about goes past him and stops hitting him, teleport to the other side of the blizzard and he'll walk back into it. keep this up as much as possible. Either instant cooldown or reduced cooldown items help with a lower level caster. I also tried summon skeletons, so as soon as the spiders adds died i could raise 4 skeletons. He does a little jiggle when he is about to jump on you and if you time it right you can teleport away and avoid that huge chunk of damage.
Start a new game. OR, if you beat the boss, apparently you get another option to restart the game but with all the skills.
you could try it. He is fairly durable and can continue to do damage to the boss while you run around. It only takes 19 INT and 11 CHA for Summon Mummy. I used poisoned Knife a lot on the last boss to do constant ticks of damage. I also used Ki Shot for range damage, and shuriken (but you can't get this). i mostly ran around avoiding tornadoes and just launched ranged attacks on him. I also turned off the auto-move feature so it was easy to get out of range of his huge AOE blast.
Nevermind I beat him! Hallelujah! Omg, so many instant deaths it made me go insane. Anyway, i missed the end star wars text scene, what did it say?
putting me on the spot, but this is what i'm thinking, based on your stats (assuming you get 1 more level to get 1 more INT for mummy) Passives Leader - ranger death by 1000 cuts - ranger archery - ranger pursuit - rogue lasting affliction - witch withering - necro Actives Ki Shot - monk Summon Mummy - necro Aura of Light - paladin aimed shot - ranger barrage - ranger summon pet - ranger vile bolt - ranger poisoned knife - rogue equip a dagger/bow, and if you have life stealing relics then use them. If you have life steal relics than swap out aura of light for wandering plague then i would run around avoiding boss and tornadoes and DOT him up with poisoned knife, vile bolt and wandering plague if you use it. resummon pets if you need. and when adds spawn, dot boss, barrage when you can. try to keep your auto attack on the boss because eventually you will start doing so much additional damage to him because of your death from 1000 cuts passive. i've never tried a ranger. i've gone melee and caster, so this is purely based on paper
Has anyone gone through the game using only a single classes skills yet? Mixing and matching for power builds is fun, but at this point I may try single builds and see how that goes. Would be fun to see how much leveling it takes. Was just curious if others had done this and what it was like.
What difficulty do you play on? I play on 1 notch up from normal...more HP but not the more damage...yet. I have played that way from level 1.
Also, do Leader and Army of Doom work for all summons, IE, Ranger and Necro? I got Army of Doom and my wolf doesn't seem to last longer. It would be nice if I could see his HP.
