Way to spoil the game to those who havent finished it yet! You win the internets! And no, the last boss isnt unbalanced, but he does require a bit more strategy and micro-managing to defeat. By that, i mean it takes skill, more than the other bosses in the game. He is after all, the final boss. I wouldnt want a final boss that's a pansy. I think the Mika team did a great job designing the last boss.
Yes you need more strategy and movement, he is completely balanced. And the game is combat based, not story based.
The first is not an MMO; it's singleplayer and offline, like this one. But it's often /compared/ to an MMO, because you control a party of characters at the same time which feels a bit like controlling a whole party would in an MMO. It's sort of an RTS/ARPG hybrid.
I defeated the boss of the eastern keep but I got kill by the tornadoes while his animation of him being defeated was playing. Going to play that level in casual to get the reward I deserve
I have few questions 1.Are there any spells that prevent enemies from healing and if so which class has it? 2.I got a sword but it says im not strong enough to wield it. Is it a skill i need to learn or just put more points in strengh?
1. Ranger has a passive that reduces healing effects. 2. The sword may be collosal and require two hands (and the barbarian skill) to use or you need more strength. The weapons should tell you the required stats, but that may be in the store interface only.
Did you use any other spells? If you dont stick to primal magic, they will say this. I also think they might say this is if you use other abilities so really you need to stick exclusively to mage skills; at least i had to. Also, before the recent patch, it was possible to do this quest over and over as long as Rasmus didn't quit. I did it a few times because first i used necro/witch magic, then i used a bard skill, then i did all mage skills. However, even when i did it correct the third time, they told me i used other abilities. I really didnt, but i assume it was a bug since i ran the quest multiple times. Ultimately i started my character over and did it right the next time and all went through. In short, make sure you are on the most current version of the game and you can only run the quest once. As a side note to Mika - I found the above quest a little unclear in what abilities/magic you can use. If you talk through multiple dialogues with Rasmus before fighting the Spider Queen, he will tell you that you can only use primal magic, but its easy to miss that text if you dont pick the right options. Can some text be changed and this be a little more clear (unless its intentional not to be clear)?
Does anyone know where the ore for the blacksmith in the capital is please? Just got a request from him to get some but I skipped the text by accident. I though he said it was in the north west but I can't see any new quests on my map. Thanks
Actually I'm pretty sure I have used the knight's power attack once or twice, because I left it in the skill list. As was mentioned, the strange thing is the wording of the quest. I think it was worded like we have to kill the spider queen with mostly primal magic and not only that. But no prob, I'll get it in new game plus.
I'm holding out until at least an "iPhone 6" or whatever, before I'll pay into upgrading from current iPhone 4 since I only use it for gaming and simple comm. (emails, mssgs, etc) but never had it hooked up for cellular. I digress.... What Im trying to ask is this, Has anybody tried running this game on a plain ol' iPhone 4 yet?
I used Battlemage/Ninja/Barbarian techniques and mine went through fine. I'm assuming it's because I used the flaming sword technique. Not sure though. Everyone was so impressed by my primal Mage skills and I don't even have any... I got the firestorm band as a reward.
Yes its in the most north-west area you can visit on the map. If someone can clarify when/what conditions it takes for him to actually do something with it after you give it to him I'd appreciate it, I'm almost at the end game and he still hasn't produced anything.
This one actually doesn't highlight (or didn't for me) but its in the tent just west of the ninja hideout. You have to beat the first area here which is midnight canyon, then the second area which is a boss will show up. You have to beat the boss and some ore will drop.
interesting. was this before or after the patch? before the patch it seems to be where things are tougher to meet the restrictions. Might have just been my experience though as i used a little necro/witch and couldnt get a better result if i kept playing.
Just wanted to echo that i am getting these too. Typically when i get over 20 waves it crashes. I am a mage/witch/necro so im not sure if its specific spells or just a RAM overload on my 4s. Really annoying as i recently did a 145 kill run and got the legendary rob, only to have it crash before i left the area.....ugh
I am going to get this today cause Bronxsta and jcho say it is awesome. Plus a really week June 5th release week.
