Worked pretty well for me to level in arena, yeah. Kill ~200 mobs fast, die & repeat to rack levels. Lately, i've been toying with a build that focuses on staying alive as much as possible and using AoE & passive AoE skills to kill stuff. Basically : High dodge + high crit + skills that automatically deal damage upon dodging / when the ennemy is nearby. Managed to get to 200+ kills, but that build is very sensitive to 5x caster spawns, as it has no way to mitigate magic damage (I use silence, but silence won't help when you get 5xmeteor on your face just before silence goes off, or when silence is on CD). Kinda pondering using the Aegis Battlemage skill with ~120 magic power, it's a 700 hp shield (+80% life) on a very low CD.
Hope they implement another arena type where its one super boss per wave (that can summon minions of course). Give the melee/single dps a chance to shine
I somehow missed this ! So this is a 'diablo' clone ? Bit worried about the missions, someone said you dont get that many after level 10 and it becomes quite grindy ? Is that right ? Does look great, i think i dismissed this way too early as i didnt see one of my beloved virtual joysticks ! Controls seem good though
Can anyone confirm what you keep with you if you do a new game +? I am currently grinding to unlock every skill and will have them all at level 51 in a few levels, but I am wondering if it is worth grinding or not since I don't know what we will keep in a new game +.
Does the game get harder after a new game+ or do you just get to change your skill sets and play a different way? I know you can change the difficulty which is probably what I would do, just curious what other differences there are. So no legendary items will transfer? Hmmm, might be interesting to just restart as soon as I unlock every skill and then play different ways
Difficulty seems the exact same to me. I haven't seen any differences ingame at all. **no items will transfer
You can get every skill MUCH easier if you go Bard first and use generalist to unlock everything. Level 51 will net you everyskill if you do it that way.
Can't find ninja, can't find bard. Saved bandit guy then heard no more. Saved cartel guy, spoke to barman then nothing. Have I missed anything else? Sounds gone again! Only happens on ipod5! Ok on iPad mini.
so how is dual wielding calculated? Combined strength of both weapons? Or Is Dual Strike the only move that applies?
One small thing that I think would go a long way toward eliminating some of the confusion with iCloud syncing would be if the game showed some sort of progress indication for the upload/download, and/or a notification when the upload/download is complete. Currently when I hit upload I have absolutely no indication of whether I even correctly tapped the button, let alone whether the upload is done. "Wait 10 seconds" isn't totally reliable either, since if your connection is weak it might take longer than that. I've played a couple of other games which have manual save-file upload and download, and they show when the transfer is done.
Does anyone know if the devs plan on adding expansions to this game? This is ony of the best iPad games I have played to date aside from Hearthstone, which is obviously a vastly different genre, but I hope to play it for a long time. Any ideas on if they plan to add more down the road? I would GLADLY pay for more content!
Best build for Arena So, I am late to the party here and really don't want to read through 1500 posts to see if anyone has posted some good arena builds, so if you have any, post them up... Right now I am only level 10 with Ranger, Rogue and some Bard going on... I keep going back and forth between this and a level 8 Monk, Paladin build. Thanks
Try learning to search. Or check the wiki for build strategies. Just because you can't be bothered, I don't see why the rest of us should have to read dupes of information that was already posted.
