I'll repost one of my posts to the general "tips, strategies" thread: Just swapped out wind walk and karma kick for frenzy and savage pounce from the barb tree-- so now I'm running two ninja skills, two barb skills, three monk skills and a rogue skill (smoke bomb, shuriken, thousand palms, empty body, stealth, frenzy, spirit trance, savage pounce). Can't wait to try it out in the arena! UPDATED: I'm now running the following: Active: Ki Blast, Empty Body, thousand palms, spirit trance, savage pounce, frenzy, smoke bomb, and the final slot is either the knight's Revenge or Barb's Enrage (if I feel like going high risk high reward). Might try Envenom from the rogue if that works with non-dagger melee weapons. Passive: Concussion, Thundering Blows (both monk), Impending doom (ninja), knight's Grit (your power is increased by half your Endurance value), adrenaline rush (Barb), lethality (ninja) Items: gloves of the long death (still grinding for the gold fist weapon), unique final monk robes, 2x Phoenix quill (plus to weapon power, crit %) My highest arena score is 135.
This has such little battery drain. I love it. Has Mika said anything more in this thread regarding expansions?
Would also like to know. I just killed the guys and I got a crappy weapon. Don't feel like continuing if it's going to make a big difference later on. And is there stat resets available at any point?
All I remember is he said how it sells to decide on additional content but I'd sure pay for it! The battery life is awesome though and my phone doesn't feel like it's on fire like many games do to it. Also has to add in that thunderbolt is awesome and how far up is the pala healing ability?
If someone can tell us what those choices do (getting the ores or not & killing the Cartel leader or not), I would also add it to my guide so people don't keep asking.
I would also like to know that. I managed to convince them to hand me the chest and sign me up with the cartel, but the barkeeper said that there is currently nothing to do. At the arena. The question is, where exactly is the threshold this time to get the best gear?
I couldn't bc I'm a rogue with no Charisma. I also haven't found anyone who asked me for the ore in the first place.
The arena, I think the threshold is 90 kills or higher. So far I've seen the mage's, necromancer's and ranger's. they have gold borders around their pictures.
I'm currently running with a very mixed but entertaining build. My hero is some kind of rogue-ninja-bard, who mixes in Aura of Light and the Battlemage's burning weapon with Twin Strike, Poison Dagger, Shuriken and Sneak Attack (often from Stealth) for quite heavy DPS + competent self-healing, and who relies on Stealth and Charm for crowd control, escape and general trickery.
I noticed you started getting the legend gear at 100+ kills in the arena i believe And Mika there is a glitch with the boss MAJOR SPOILER DO NOT CLICK Spoiler There is a glitch when you fight the final boss, when he Transforms the game crashes. It crashes about 2 out of 3 times and i am not sure why, didnt summon abd tried entering the castle unbuffed to test that as well. Ipad mini btw
Been playing for a while but held off posting 'til I read through all 97 pages. MikaMobile, you are definitely the best indie developer for iOS. Loved the classic Battleheart and definitely enjoying Legacy now (played both on launch week). Just a few requests/suggestions: 1. A quest journal! 2. Visible skill tree of the different classes so we can preplan our builds. I know your style is a bit "throw 'em off the far end of the pool and let them swim" and it's good, but if not in-game, can you share it with us? Hoping someone can make a skill planner/calculator as well 3. Like the others, I tend to use stealth + regen rings, camping beside the opponent (lol) before striking them from the shadows. I understand your decision to hide the HP values, but can we get an indicator that it's full? Maybe turn it green when full then yellow mid-health and red on the quarter mark? This is more for the player's convenience, so feel free to deal with the bugs first. 4. I love how I can just sneak past the opponents and reach the chest at the end (and complete the quest) but it would make sense cancelling Stealth when the player gets too close to a burning light source. Maybe add this in the Higher difiiculty setting? (Frankly, I'm on my first playthrough and still on default difficulty. Not sure if you have already implemented it.) Again, this is more of a "flavor" thing
I recommend everyone buy health regen for any build or at any level. Because you can actually wait between waves, you can restore your health freely without using potions. And it will slowly heal you in battle so it could give you an extra edge. It may take up a slot but it could mean the difference between losing and winning.
What I tend to do is carry a health regen item with me, and then after a fight equip it, wait for my health to restore to full and then swap it back out before moving on. that way it doesn't take up a slot during combat, but still helps to conserve potions. Now, I have noticed a few dungeons where switching items is prohibited, but most others I've been able to do it without incident.
I can't; I just assumed it was a side-effect of there being torches everywhere in that particular dungeon.
Ahh right, thanks ste. Well, it's the 2nd featured game in the US and #12 in the overall charts, so I'm pretty confident it'll sell well enough And yeah, I'm pretty sure this has less battery drain than Wayward Souls What class is thunderbolt for? Wizard?
