Possible Bug? Sorry, I have not read through all the pages, so I am unsure if someone else has reported this issue. After having accepted the Frost Giant's Domain mission, I died. I returned and beat the mission. The game crashes at the end of the conversation when I try talking to the guy next to the chest (Gregor, I believe?). This is the only consistent bug I have run into so far. I am level 13, playing a Paladin/Knight. I've been looking forward to this release since I first heard about it and so far it hasn't disappointed. Great game!
They're totally different games, you've got to have both. I'm pretty certain if you like one you'll like the other. It's hard to think of a better way to spend $10 on the App Store.
So, I've tried Ranger, Wizard and Rogue so far, and I find Rogue is by far the easiest of the three, at least in the beginning. Btw, anyone know how potions replenish? I'm afraid to use them in case I can't find anymore. Are they in the shop?
I think currently it's unlimited, i have 10+ items on my weapon, i still can scroll.. i'm collecting weapon now for different class build..
Anyone get the Cartel quests to trigger ever? I sided with them in the cave and in the merchant thing, but that lazy contact has yet to give me any more jobs. Thoughts?
Is anyone else getting a bug where they can no longer use sneak attack for the rogue? I was in the level 13 dungeon in the bottom right corner of the map (above the king's vault or whatever. It's a bandit level, I forget the name). I stealthed up and was about to kill a monster when I saw I couldn't use it. I have a dagger equipped in my off hand, and a ninja sword in my main with dual wielding one. Do I need to switch them?
I've never been able to use the Sneak Attack. But I have a Silver Dagger instead of a regular one. I thought any dagger would work. But it is in the other hand while I dual wield. I might try switching.
Wow this thread grew quickly!! So I started off as a knight, got to the shout skill (useful) then went witch followed by Wizard. Wizard is by far the most powerful, especially with a bit of witch DoT thrown in! Just been in the Necromancer tower, found the skull, took the skull, how do I become a Necromancer now?
Yeah I have used the silver dagger before so I know it works. I think I just need to switch. Btw, does anyone know how dual wielding affects your damage? Because I feel like when I was using a single dagger I struck just as quickly, so I'm wondering if each time you attack is your weapon damage the sum of your two weapons?
big during spider queen quest Found a decent-sized bug during the wizard quest that involved killing the giant spider. I killed the giant spider the moment it was spawning the little ones, but once the giant one is dead you are forced into dialogue with the wizard teacher. This rendered me unable to kill the small spiders as I was in dialogue and incapable. I died and was forced to restart the whole quest over from the very beginning (finding the spider pheromones). Not a huge deal, but annoying nonetheless.
This happened to me too... 3 times in a row... Now i am trying again after restarting the device. Hope it will work.. EDIT: After the restart of my iPad didn't crash again!!!
Nice comment and very true. Into 6 hours playtime now and still loving the game and find it so hard to decide what skills to learn next. Some skills it's change how I play completely which is fun.
just go to the mage academy tower, and you will find the necromancer here's the guide: http://battleheartlegacyguide.com/how-to-get-unlock-necromancer-walkthrough/
Am a Mage and have a pet puppy who fights my battles for me. I played many hours crash free then began experiencing regular crashes. I leave my ipad on always and haven't turned it off for weeks. So I did a hard reset and the crashes no longer occurred. Also I've downloaded a lot of apps in that time and some of them may have cause memory leaks so its good practice once in a couple of days to reboot your ipad or iPhone especially with this game as it can get extremely memory intensive.
Alternate Weapon/Skill slots It may have been mentioned already, but allowing an alternate weapon/sidearm/skill arrangement (that you can toggle) could add some depth, since classes such as the monk and the ranger require certain weapons. But if I could toggle between a bow and a dagger for a DEX/SKL ranger/rogue (or something like that), that'd be pretty neat.
