I think as long as your strength and endurance stats are high enough you'll be able to equip heavy armor. I've had a heckuva time trying to decide on a class but have settled in to a ninja/wizard/knight hybrid with a tad of ranger. Just got my first set of heavy armor. So a spell slinging, dual wielding tank. Awesome!
Sorry if this has already been answered, but you have to clear the ancient watcher elite area, which is the second area in the camp north of the easternmost chaos tower. It's either that one or the ring of blood, I can't remember which to be honest, but I think it's the ancient watcher.
Anyone else having issues with this game killing sound? I am on an iPad mini retina and latest ios updates. The game kills all sound and I have to reboot my ipad. If I go into general ipad options and mess with the alert volume slider, it makes noise but that's it. Any game i boot up has no sound until I reboot the ipad. Sorry if this was mentioned. Too many pages to go through Edit. Ok it seems to kill sounds on any apps running at the time. If I open a new app up I have the sound. I can also stop and app and restart it to get the sound back. Hope that helps.
Man, thread moves quick, guess that happens with great games, asked this earlier but has anyone been able to get different characters started on different devices to transfer via iCloud? Started a rogue yesterday on my phone and mage on my iPad last knight, and now that I'm at work wanted to work on my mage a little more but can't get it on my phone.
Anyone else not being able to load city center? I hear it playing music then it just crashes to home screen. I've tried different save files and restarting my ipod and still crashes. On Ipod 4g.
I'm using a hybrid rogue and battlemage, with some ninja skills and the bard charm. I am also planning to add in the necromancer's raise skeleton once the crashes are fixed. The general strategy is to stealth up, enter a room, assassinate the most dangerous enemy (healers/mages) via the dual weapon ninja slash skill (3.5x damage per weapon, together), charm the most tanky enemy remaining, raise a skeleton from the assassinated enemy, and use poison and battlemage skills to destroy everything, while continuing to raise skeletons after each kill. You'll do great damage and as long as you maintain a safe distance initially, the skeletons and charmed enemies will become taunts so you'll take no damage.
Can't remember where I found them. But when I took them to the blacksmith I asked for a gift card... But when I eventually went back to him, he didn't mention it or give me a deal or much better weapons. So don't know if it's really worth finding.
I can't finish the level 3 dungeon quest because I killed the two guards and the door is locked :/ suggestions?
Hey Mika Mobile Can you put a confirmation box when buying/selling items? i accidentally bought an piece of armor. Luckily it was something that i could wear. I would hate to sell something by accident great game btw
Game Impressions Since I have the day off, I've been able to put some time into BL. Really enjoying my time with this so far. I'm really happy the difficulty isn't a walk in the park which would be a huge turn off. Thankfully it has a nice challenge to it and what seems as a penalty for dying - which is good. The combat is much more engaging than I thought, but I'm only an hour in so we'll see how well it holds up. My initial impressions (15 minutes in) are thankfully becoming much more positive. Plays beautifully and looks wonderful on the retina mini.
You can learn cleanse, it's a paladin skill, removes bad status effect. Needs 12 STR, 10 END, 17 CHA, 200 gold, and all the previous paladin skills though For those who wonders on how to get necromancer: http://battleheartlegacyguide.com/battleheart-legacy-unlock-necromancer-walkthrough/
Great game, but This has probably been mentioned before, but the game crashes when calling the hunter pet about 50% of the time. It seems to mostly happen when recalling the pet in the middle of a swarm of enemies. Ipad2
I'm not sure if this is the best game I've played this year but I'm having a hard time thinking of many that were better.
How many items for each type can you have in your inventory? I don't see a scroll bar so wondering if after 5 items you need to sell or what...maybe it will just appear after I get more items but I dont what to risk it while I'm out ' questing' . LOVING the game!
Pretty awesome review Eli. I'm not trying to start anything, but I'm sure the kids will run wild with this: Do you think you like it better than Wayward Souls?
