Ah, thanks. For some reason, I'm still having the same problem--even though I've just checked my passive skills and equipment. For a while, I had Toxic Affinity equipped (but replaced it with Life Leech). None of my currently equipped equipment (Entombed Chillrod, Hedge Wizard's Cowl, Kaimani's Bloodstone, Condensed Mana Vial) is giving me any resistance bonuses.
You're awesome. I wish all developers were this responsive! I don't have the game yet but this is swaying me to buy it.
Anyone else play in the highest difficulty setting ? It's very tough and you need a lot of micromanaging to survive. I have to resort to regeneration ring trick (clear a room, wait in there until health completely regenerate) many times to save potions
I'm having a blast But ugh--I'm trying to tackle the SE Chaos Tower and I keep getting creamed by the chamber guardian. Not sure if I should start a whole new game or try a different strategy. My level 24 fully leveled mage is currently working on witch skills--but she can barely scratch the boss (who keeps summoning a shitload of minions and gets the jump on me with devastating lunge attacks) I'll eventually figure it out--or just grind like crazy and get better equipment, skills, etc...
Ahh, jeez. I've waited 2 years for this and still haven't gotten around to playing. This week has been busy and I just can't risk the time I'm guaranteed to lose if I boot this up. I want to build my rouge ninja ranger so badly... But, duty calls, and the weekend is close! Btw Jared, if you see this, I'd be interested in how your character is coming along (sadly, I don't think there's a pet cat). I assume I'll see your guy tomorrow on Twitch Eli? Hopefully you got the hang of the whole "reading" thing Wow, I'm way more out of the loop on this than I want to be, I've got quite a bit of catch up to do! Edit: #28 In the states' charts, congrats Mika! Hope you make it to the top 10
I feel like the entire point of the game is not to specialize, and to mix and match to create the perfect hybrid. Therefore, I don't see much of a point in just building a pure class of any kind. Granted I'm only at level 12, but I have rogue, wizard, Necromancer, and battlemage active skills. I chose them not because there was a theme, but because they work well together.
lol relax, there's not a lot of organized quests. Just explore and beat dungeons. That's what the bulk of the game is about.
There's unlimited health In the options menu under difficulty. I used it to get me past some impossible grind then turned it back to just extra health difficulty. If you don't want to grind forever that'll help but I found I didn't want to use it always just when I really needed it like a booster.
Does anybody know where to get the special 'living ore/material' the castle town storekeeper talks about when you've reached a certain level? So far I haven't come across anything like that to the northwest of the castle--unless the 'material' can be found in the excavation ruins (the one with the golem(?) boss I haven't beaten yet).
A strange thing happened to me. I equipped my battlemage wth the tower shield. Now the spiders do some crazy damage to him. It used to be like 5% of total hp plus some poisonous effect. But now it's like 95%! Got killed instantly several times. _3」∠)_
I got the dialogue from the Capital Blacksmith saying he hit a ceiling to his products and gives you a quest that can unlock the higher tier weapons. Which area is the quest at? There's no blip on the map at all, and i cant remember the instruction he gave me of the location of the quest. Help?
Came across another bug. But don't know what caused it. Using iPad Air 128gb. Ios 7.1 I touched an area to move and my Mage would run there but return again. It happened a lot in the castle kings throne area. I would tap and no matter where I tapped my mage would run there and return again. So I would tap to go from A to B and he would run to B then immediately return to A. I had to exit via the map icon. I went into the castle again but he did it repeatedly again. He did this in other areas too. Also noticed the yellow circle was stuck on an NPC and when the NPC moved my Mage followed him around???
It's probably part of the resistance bug, where having a skill or item equipped that has a resistance actually causes less resistance. Just don't equip the shield until after the patch
I think that's coz you are "locked on with an NPC." Try tapping with 3 fingers simultaneously to release the lock-on.
