Finally cleared the cave. Oh man, that was an intense battle! Getting another passive ninja buff to attack speed certainly helped.
Well finally got to play the game for over an hour. And I must say this is the second best iOS game I have ever played (CH being best). I love the different combination of skill, the potions that replenish when entering a new dungeon and everything else. I thought I was going to hate the click and move feature, but in fact it works so great with this game. Thank you for such a great experience Mika!
Abandoned mine sure is weird...can't open chests and just walked into the ogre room and all of a sudden a level up appeared with 3 stay points. Guessing I didn't notice I levelled up...hoping I haven't missed stats.
Finally got around to making a quick video for those here wanting to see how awesome the mage gets once you progress past the earlier levels. A lot of mage love in this thread, and judging by the other videos here, a lot of different ways to play the class. Enjoy!
Anyone having trouble getting the cloud support to work? I have a lvl 7 I have been playing on my iPad. I have uploaded the save multiple times but the option to download the profile is greyed out on my iphone. I can start a new game fine but I cannot retrieve my profile from the iPad.
To anyone having issues with random encounters crashing the game- An earlier poster was correct, if you fail the ninja random encounter then this causes a bug. The only way to fix is start over and make sure you're leveled up enough not to fail when the encounter happens in the new game. Just tested and can confirm this works (at least for the first half-dozen or so encounters after I completed the ninja mission).
...Which is why it's a poor choice for a barbarian. Not much need for increasing the spell power of your barbarian.
Clio you said you went Witch and Mage is it a good idea to take both? So far I'm just witch holding out for necro and it's pretty tough a lot of waiting around.
I went witch just for the drain life, I'm going full mage/necro at this point. At the end of my video I raise a skeleton. You can create a hybrid with the witch and necro if you want, I'm not really into debuffs/poisons/ect., I like more direct damage which is why I didn't go very far into the witch training. LOL my bad, I thought your response was towards someone asking about spells, didn't know it was melee based.
Kinda lost lol. Got to the capital, did some quests. Saved the battlemage but it appears there's no quests on my map. Should I travel to each place to see if there's any "!'s" ? It appears I've checked everywhere. Don't see where to go, which there was some more direction lol. Although I'm absolutely loving it!
What kinda lag are we talking on the iPod 4? The original Battleheart was probably my favorite game on the appstore besides zombieville, and it would be great if I could play this too. Lol
Died after leveling in a dungeon and no longer have any points to spend. Ok this does eventually update and correct itself. It did in my game at least.
Thats what I am working on now lol when do I get the ability to wield the collossus weapons? Thats what I am after now.
So far I've only gone far into Witch only taken chain lightning for Mage so far but might need to go further for staves as so far it seems as witch I can't get any good weapons to use.
I think this is what I need to do. Still very early and have been playing Knight, but I have a feeling I need better ranged options. Battlemage Barrbarian a viable option? Great game btw. Still very early but the polish and care making it is apparent from the start.
