There's no easy way to give vanilla characters a quick level-up unless you got lucky and distributed your stats and skills to match a really good build. For a colossal weapon warrior, I think you pretty much have to rely on your strength/dmg increases. Honestly, what you're doing is when the game is still fun. Being invincible is fun for all of an hour or two, and then it's boring as hell.
Additionally, level 16 getting to *wave 10* of arena is pretty impressive. Most legendary farming builds (ie/ those that reliably hit wave 20) are level 26+ (especially for characters that aren't New Game+). So I'd say, you're doing pretty good getting to wave 10; but it's more fun to level up and go through the various dungeons and bosses than it is to grind arena... given that the "end game" is grinding arena why spend all your time doing that now when you just started!
Depends. If you have a New Game+ character with all of the skills then you could throw together a minion build and grind arena from level 1. Once you hit 25 or so, choose one of many powerful arena builds that can clear 200 kills and grind away. If you have a first play through character, the most effective thing to do is to play through the dungeons of your level. Two good grinding ones are the Sealed Cave (lv10) and the third mountain one (can't recall the name) that's just north west of the sealed cave (lv23) since both of those are single room dungeons with waves of monsters. If you also want more money then *don't* do arena (no money drops), instead equip the bard skill Lucky (Passive), and if you can the Thieves Gloves trinket in both trinket slots and play through dungeons.

If you're a lower level it would be best to grind any area thats within your level range and sell the items that drop. If youre a higher level (30ish) then the best way to level would be the coliseum. Heres a map with the locations and levels on it http://i.imgur.com/RKMPVZq.jpg
The Scourging Inferno the next time someone gets one can you please let me know how you did so? I currently have 45 Legendary items (Total) and that staff isn't one of them. I've gotten between 2 and 2000 kills in the colosseum. Farmed the Final Boss and still nothing. I'm not sure if you get it on a certain number of kills in Colosseum or what the story is... But hey, if anyone needs 18 Feung's Legacy, let me know.
Lol youre probably just getting really unlucky. Try to reach around 110 kills and die on purpose a few time
All I'm doing is dying on purpose! lol I get to wave 17 and put my iPad down. it takes about 6 waves to die without touching it so I'm repeatedly getting just over 100 and dying without any luck.
Dunno why but it seemed like it took FOREVER for the colosseum to drop the staff for me too! I don't think I did anything different though. Just kept killing past wave 19.
How do u get ashes of graz'bad? I've been trying to get exactly 98-99 kills in arena, but no luck so far :/
