I would suggest the use of Aura of Light with area damaging skill. You could use radiance cause you are part paladin. But my personal favourite is blade rush. Use in combination with Aura you can gain most of your hp, if not all, in an instant. Adrenaline Rush passive from Barbarian class can be useful as well. If you can knock out multiple foes at once you'll gain a good chunk of hp. EDIT: regarding the life steal strategy of course this assumes that you have good damage output. Grit is another good passive for knight or paladin based character. Hope it helps.
I got this game for my wife and she's having troubles beating the snake boss. Is she doing something wrong or is this something needing an update fix?
I never try to fight in arena, but I want to have a solid skills combination before attempt. I still switching skills around to find the build I needs, that's why I ask for help here. Just reach lvl 40. Edit: I just try arena and got to 87kills.
I'm still getting crashes in the arena. It happens every time a skeletal wizard (the one with the cape) casts meteor on me. The moment it hits is when the game crashes. Other than that, this game is amazing.
Whats exactly the issue? If shes just dying because hes too strong, then she probably needs to level up and come back to it later. I havn't had any issues with em
There is no "right" answer to this. Your New Game+ character will be level 1 with all the skills available that you have unlocked (on the NG+ option character). How much you carry on unlocking skills before starting a NG+ is entirely down to personal choice.
This is fixed in the next update which should land in the next few days - the cause is actually if you are struck by a falling meteor while the caster isn't targeting anything. This could happen if you put him to sleep between casting the meteor and having it fall, or if is fighting a pet who dies mid meteor, and it lands in a split-second window where he hasn't yet switched to his next target.
^Hi Mika... Are you guys doing some skill balancing? Some skills are just a little too overpowered and very useful. One thing i can think of is the paladin's lifesteal ability which is just too powerful, regardless of skill combos. Maybe buff some skills too, like Monk's regen ability. Maybe something like rate of regen is affected by amount of health missing, or maybe based off your endurance.
How the hell do u guys pass the sealed cave? The one where u turn on the switch a gazillions Godzilla keep pounding u
Reading along with all those arena stories I went in there with a Wizard/Necro/Witch build only to find that my 4S is probably overheating somewhere around wave 14. It even dimmed the screen to ~60% brightness, which I've never experienced before. Admittedly, it is currently quite hot where I live but still. tl;dr: I survived the arena long enough for my iDevice to crap out.
That's a bug hardcore players actually take advantage of, cuz for some hit-all builds, the more mobs the better. To prevent it from happening, simply don't turn the switch with stealth on.
Huh I turn it on with stealth the gate closes I have no place to go but to hit them the moment I hit the green blob an entire army suddenly teleported in
Grinds level, get new skills, try approaching the fight differently. Eventually you win. Figuring out strategy, part of the fun.
Bael's Bloodreapers x 2. This is a fun build. Converted my Barbarian into a dual axe wielding frenzy warrior. Main attacks are auto attack, cleave, blade rush, twin strike and assassinate. Keep Frenzy up, drop battle standard and use the passive Impending Doom and your auto attacks swing so fast and crit so much, your cool downs are almost always up. I made it to 198 arena kills with this. Pretty good without using that premed, song, radiance glitch. Blade Rush one shots everyone if you line it up right.
If you do it with Stealth on to trigger all mobs at once: Note that at first only 3 slimes spawn. The rest spawns as soon as you become visible. In any case you will need two things: - something like the Paladins Lightaura to heal you for damage you do. - and lots of AoE attacks, to keep a rotation going without (much of a) pause. With skills like the Monk's Windwalk (that hits *ALL* enemies) you can just stay where you are and drop skills as fast as they recharge. What I do with my Battlemage is move over to the southwest slime of the three, before I use the first skill. I find this the best spot to start blowing off skill attacks. To do that as early as level 10, you need to prepare accordingly in terms of build. A bit difficult on first playthrough; much easier on NG+ .
I'm really enjoying playing as mostly a Wizard with some Witch and Necromancer skills thrown in. I'm wondering though if this is viable later on, particularly in the arena. Teleport is awesome.
pure mage is so far the best challenger for Arena. I'm not talking about premed+song trick(which will no longer be viable in the next patch), with a decent mage build, u can easily get 100 kills as early as lvl 8 in NG+. So YES is the answer to your question.
No one seems to reply is the game short or long and I will be replaying it over and over again?I heard Mika will be adding new dungeons/maybe bosses/equipment in the future.
