When will the 20% exp bonus item and the additional mercenary characters be available for purchase? I'm almost at the end of the game and haven't seen any yet. And should I switch out the knight (Sheppard I believe his name is) for the monk? It seems the knight has terrible defense and attack power, its defense is hardly better than the rogue.
@MikaMobile: Ahh, I see! The items are random drops and they also randomly appear on the shop (other than those that only drop on the Arena — maybe I'm wrong?), unless you are checking every time you finish a level you might have missed when it spawned (at least on the shop), so you'll just have to keep checking. I dual those items on characters I'm leveling (from low levels), if not wrong all these stats stack. I finished all the levels and there were no additional characters, they all showed up almost at the beginning, and they are a total of 12 (counting those in your party).
@mikamobile I think i found a bug when fighting THE spider boss i used wind walk several times but it didn't always took THE attention of all THE mini spiders though they were hit
There's actually a hard limit (4) on how many enemies can focus a single target, to avoid overwhelming clutter around a single guy in melee.
Oh that sucks, it says "check back later for more characters" so I assumed it was "later in the game", not "later in future updates to this game".
Yeah, at first I also thought that more characters would be introduced as you progressed (I kept checking from time to time), but it stays like that the whole way until the end.
I wish we had to unlock the new classes instead of just buying them all in the beginning. This could have given the game even more the sense of progression...
I really don't like it when games do this. I know exactly where my finger is, but if there's some displacement then I never can figure out where it's going to be.
I can understand that, I was referring to the selection of the target. When you tap on your hero and draw a line to move it would be where it is and when it is a target it would shift a bit above the finger. There also could be a highlight/arrow system to allow the user to know which target is being selected.
lol tier 7 Haha, i though I had the best weapons in the game until I found out that you can up to tier 7 for armor and weapons in the merchant store. I guess I will be playing doomsvale arena til I can get tear 8 & 9 stuff. I can beat the final boss really easily in about 2.5 minutes! Edit: I got a tier 9 armor for monk from arena with score of 83 I also got a tier 8 barbarian axes from the final boss. (after beating him like 10 times straight)
You get tier 9 stuff by getting 70 kills "or" more in the 3rd worlds arena. It's 150 kills in the 2nd worlds arena. Beating the final boss can only unlock up to tier 8 items.
Is it normal my cleric has Such an low health That at level 16 she is killer in 3 archer shots or ohkod by THE slime boss by THE slime shot
The secret to the game is to hit level 30. At level 30 you can beat everything except get tier 9 items.
My cleric was also around level 16-17 leading to the battle with the slime boss. You probably have some old armor if you get killed just by 3 arrows. As for the slime shot, my cleric doesn't die with just one shot. Also, be aware that you should move your unit away from the slime after getting hit by it. Staying in the slime causes sustained damage.
But he dies before he can get out And my witch with lower armor And lower defense survives way longer
Some questions... Sorry, the forum is too long already for me to browse through every page. My questions may have already been answered. Do items stack? Are there certain items that don't stack? Is it okay to be equipping 2 of the same items like for example that item that increases one's attack speed? How about equipping two trollskin amulets, which according to the description gives rapid health regeneration? Do they stack up? Also, I don't quite get this talk about "tier" stuff. How do you know if a certain item is a tier 6, tier 7, etc.? Thanks guys!
Hmm.. Can't really say. I am able to drag my cleric out in time from the slime to stay alive. And my cleric also survives a slime shot even if her health isn't full. And I am pretty sure she was either level 16 or 17 cause I just recently beat the slime boss. As for the situation with your witch being able to survive longer, unless of course you tend to take care of your witch more during the battle, I guess this leads to the question as to whether a unit's armor is a clear indication of a unit's health. Like if unit 1 has a higher armor stat than unit 2, does it always mean that unit 1 has more health? Or do the different units have different base health points, and the armor stat is only indicative of how much it receives damage. That could explain your situation. The cleric could have a higher armor stat but generally has less health than your witch which has much higher health than your cleric that would offset its lack of armor.
