I haven't crashed yet with the Knights, but my wizards are still crashing. It is always when I beat the final boss with 2 wizards, a monk, and a bard on my team. Right at the end when I beat it, the game crashes. One thing to note was that my finger was still tapping on the screen.
There's still a crash that can occur when casting conflagrate on a target right as it dies. Our (hopefully) final bug-fixing update was submitted right on the heels of 1.0.4 which resolves this, some typos, a couple other super rare bugs, and adds character levels to the keep screen.
Just want to clarify something, is Battleheart 62.7 MB or is it 233.4 MB? Itunes is giving me two different values.
The version on the AppStore is the size of the compressed files So it's 62.7mb to download it but once it expands it will take up 233.4mb of space.
Thinking about the arena and replayability, I think an awesome update would to be to have a local leaderboard on just our own device that showed party composition, kills and level. This would make a great challenge tosee how far certain parties can get in the arena.
Or having level caps and Game Center. Even with having characters above 30 myself, it doesn't make sense at the moment.
What I'm really after is more levels!! Once I beat the game I have little incentive to go back. Neither myself nor my friends (I got 3 to buy the game) care much about grinding or leveling up, actually part of the reason I enjoyed the game so much is because it didn't require grinding to beat it. The only thing that will draw us back is additional levels. Currently it sits in a "Completed games" folder, untouched.
I have a minor tweak suggestion that came to me while fighting the golem: would it be possible to have the characters' life bars be always on top of enemies? The golem in particular keeps hiding my melee guy's life bar due to his size, and that's a problem when he goes all HULK SMASH on my little guy.
Been playing the game for a while now. Having a lot of fun with it. My only real dislike is, as others have mentioned, the character stacking issue. Especially some characters (knight and monk) seem to always want to stack on top of each other when fighting the same enemy. It's especially frustrating when you are trying to switch healing to the character that is obscured. Have a few suggestions, but not sure how feasible they would be. -It would be nice if, when activating a special ability that requires a target, you could tap and hold down on the special ability, and then drag over to what you want to target, without changing the auto target. For example, if i have the witch attacking a creature, and a new creature wanders onto the screen, it would be nice if i could tap and drag the hex ability at the newcomer, so the witch would hex the newcomer, and continue to attack the old target. Same applies when I want to use the priest shield ability on a target that isn't the target she is currently healing. -A more convenient way to check the level of all characters besides going into the academy screen. Maybe have a popup window on the keep screen when you tap a character, to see their current level and what they have equipped, and then a drop or add to party button. -Reduce the size of the special ability buttons by about 10-20%. Somewhere between what they are now, and the size they are on the academy screen would be ideal. I tend to get characters stuck behind the buttons, and my tactical decisions shouldn't be inhibited by UI layout. -If the ability buttons were reduced in size, it could lead way to add characters pics at the top of the screen, that you could tap on to bring up their ability list. This would be an alternate way to bring that list up in addition to tapping on a character. I often find i'm quickly tapping each character to see when a particular cooldown is finished. There doesn't really seem to be enough screen real-estate(at least on an iphone) to add cooldown images that are always on screen, regardless of what character is selected, so a faster way to cycle through my characters' abilities would be nice. Tapping a character pic could also pop the character to the front if they were behind a character, to help with the stacking issue. I didn't read through all 150+ pages, so I apologize if I've mentioned a lot of ideas previously brought up.
There's no built-in functionality for that I'm afraid. I think you would have to use some kind of third party app and copy the app's preferences file.
How can anyone "prove" to you how good a game is? There are tons of videos, user reviews, reviews, comments, screenshots, etc. Read some, watch some, and decide. And "uncredulous" is not a word.
That's "incredulous." This thread, Hodapp's review on TA, Apple featuring the game and the "incredibly addicting and fun" quote from Attack Of The Show isn't enough? You are uncommonly resistant to persuasion.
