But if I get everyone before the first boss, which I've passed, how come I have spare keep spots?

I didn't mean unique, T8 specific trinkets, that list is pretty much complete. Let me rephrase:

T7 and T8 are identical except for weapons, and T8 has fewer total trinket possibilities, so you'll mostly get weapons and armor. T9 is nothing but weapons and armor that are completely unique.

It would be a cool twist that if a particular character dies in battle, he/she couldn't be resurrected and stayed dead for the remainder of the game.

Also it would be helpful if we could skip the tutorial at the beginning if we chose to start over.

So I'll just continue to level up until I manage to get 70 in the arena every time then. This is quite frustrating... as now I understand this system better.

Trinkets should be keep at only tier 7 and unable to be found from the last boss imo. Unless you decide to add tier 9 trinkets or an entire tier 10 of items.

So I was reading the wiki and noticed that the monk doesn't have the 2 azamoth's eye as a good tactic. I have 2 of them on my Monk and it is rediculous how much damage he can pull as my main attacker. The 2 azamonth eyes are especially effective on the monk, because you can choose to have 3 physical attacks on the monk as his skills, so you have 3 times the chance to get 15% + 15% free recharge.

There was 1 match where I basically almost killed the last boss with a single wave of attacks by the monk.

I had a rogue and a cleric and bard both focused on the monk.

The rogue used his reveal weakness ability on the boss, while both the bard and cleric buffed attack. Then the fun began with the monk pulling his 1000 fists like 8 times in a roll, then 2 rotations, and 4 wind walks.

You're not alone, this last week wasn't the best for me either.

Anyways, I don't see what the fuss is about regarding bard vs. cleric. I find them totally different characters that require different playstyles, and for me, I prefer cleric because I think he's the better support unit for my playstyle.

If you make it easier for people to get everything, then they complain about running out of content faster. It seems hard to please everyone.

Not necessarily. I just would like to items for easier/faster leveling to 100!
Since arena does not give XP I am less inclined to waste time there ;).

Cleric works better on healing individuals at a time. The bard is better at group healing.

I use the cleric, when I'm using a knight that has war cry. That way everyone is attacking my knight.

I use the bard when I have a varied party.

I'm just saying that one person's "waste of time" is another person's "pleasurable experience".

After all, the game could just give you everything from the start, so you wouldn't have to "waste" any time accumulating either items or experience. But it doesn't seem most people prefer that.

Yep, I understand your reasoning. Because I use your strategy as well with one "magnet" unit who draws all the enemies to it, I need a support unit that can aid one unit in specific extremely well versus a support unit that aids the entire team. Plus, when encountering one of those situations where other team members get hurt, the cleric's group heal skill is there to help.

I think the arena will be viewed as a waste of time when you don't have a team strong enough to get those rare items yet, while it's an incredibly fulfilling experience for those that like getting high scores, or those going after the rare items. For me, the arena really seems like a "gold mine" in the lower levels and then a serious aspect of the game later on. What I mean by gold mine is that lower levels can just send in a cleric in an arena and do nothing and get items to equip the team with sufficient items and get more gold from selling those items.

But a game doesn't have to be about competing with other players, or about collecting "equipment" that is, after all, just electronic bits in a computer memory. There's no reason you can't enjoy playing the arena as best you can with whatever equipment you have, as long as you enjoy competing against yourself rather than needing external validation.

the only thing wrong with this game is bugs. everything is fine. gamers in 2011 are whiney little girls who are used to games playing them selves for you instead of playing the game. thats all it is. everything has to be 100 percent drop rate. best weapons all the time.

    can't beat final boss, help

I have a very difficult time to kill the final boss, any tips will be great!

    my party:
    Cleric lvl 32
    Wizard lvl 31
    Knight lvl 30
    Monk lvl 31

I read ppl using Bard instead of Cleric, I haven't train him yet, May I know why Bard is better than Cleric?

is it possible to beat the final boss with my party?

    thanks

Well when I said "for those who enjoy getting highscores", it wasn't supposed to mean people that like competing with other players. Since this game does not have any social network integration, that group of players is what I meant when I say people that like competing against themselves and trying to beat their own previous highscores.

You should be able to kill the boss with your party, but remember the boss has a 1 hit kill spell so you have to move away when you see him charging up.

On another note the bard is AWESOME. For boss farming and normal lvls I don't use my cleric at at all. One of my favorite parties is the bard, rouge, barbarian and another DD like the wiz. With a 30% life steal trinket on the rouge and the barbarian I really don't need to do any heals except the Heal over time. Because the bard gives his stats to the person being buffed a rouge can tank the last boss without any problems. For DD I like the wiz because he can teleport out of danger. I have the safety that a cleric will provide for boss fights but also the insane atk buff that the bard gives.. I love my bard :)

Since a lot of people seem to believe this to be the case, I'll say that it's not actually a 1-shot kill. It's an attack that does a lot of damage. If you're high enough level, you can survive it, or w/ Shield Wall and the Cleric's version of SW (forgot the name), you can possibly survive it too.
